Tree reviews in Auburn, Indiana

Brandenberger Tree Care Professionals took down three large elm trees that were very close to my house and pool. They did this flawlessly and it was pretty amazing to watch. Shout out to Zach Joe and Ethan. The guys were very pleasant and professional. They cleaned everything up and you couldn’t even tell that they had been there afterwards. So if you need any tree care you can’t go wrong calling Brandenberger Tree Care Professionals. They are the best!

I would recommend anyone needing tree service to call Brandenberger TCP
I had a large tree fall on my house late at night and Zack showed up at the break of dawn with his team in the rain and cleared the tree from my house and cleaned up all the debris
We are so impressed with their entire team and I am sure you would find their service a cut above 😉
Thanks to all of you at Brandenberger TCP

We were very impressed with the work Brandenberger Tree Care Professionals did for us. The price was reasonable. Crew was very professional. They arrived on the day as planned. They completed the work as quoted. And they cleaned up all debris when they were finished. We highly recommend their tree trimming services.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!
Great communication with the crew, they were professional and made sure that the job was going to meet my expectations.

Great experience overall. Quotation for work was accurate reflecting the work I wanted done. The clearing, grubbing, and tree removal was as desired. Pre and Post job walk about was very professional

Tree removal quote was received quickly and significantly cheaper than what I was expecting for the size of tree that needed to be removed. The crew that came to remove the tree was very personable and informative, great to work with! I would definitely use them again!

Brandenberger has been taking care of our backyard trees for the past 4 years. We used their services for planting new trees, cutting down dead trees & removing it, cutting branches , treating diseases and fertilizing. They have fair prices. We are very happy with them .

Before selecting a vendor for my tree trimming, I consulted a number of tree services. I was impressed by the arborist Brandenberger sent out. He was so knowledgeable about trees! The whole process was more professional than any other service who came out to give me an estimate. When the tree trimming was not done exactly as I expected, they were happy to come out and correct it and make me a happy customer. Shoutout to Zach and Johnny for the excellent job!!

Joe & his coworker did a wonderful job of trimming five trees in our yard. They came on time, were professional and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Brandenburger Tree Care.

Brandenberger Tree Care could not have done a better, more professional job. Every visit was scheduled and they arrived on time. Communication was fantastic. Mason provided a detailed estimate, on site, and we were able to get work scheduled immediately. The crew, lead by Johnny, who came to do the work arrived on time, provided the exact services contracted, and did a fantastic job. Beside the prefectly trimmed trees, you would never know anyone had done any work. I wish there were more than 5-stars availalbe!

We received several estimates and this was not cheapest but could sense the most professional. Their equipment was excellent for our large oak. Our backyard tree was not accessible to the equipment so a climber was used. Although it was the hottest day of the year, they didn’t complain and kept on moving. It was a big job and required 3 workers. The leader of the crew was kind and explained things. I appreciated their safety priorities including helmets with microphones so that they could speak to each other. Cleanup was perfect. We would highly recommend.

I called Brandenberger several years ago for cabling my tree. The trunk started to split. The price was very reasonable and how did I know that? I didn’t but I did ask an arborist who had recommended them, although at the time I did not know they have their own arborist. Going forward several years I had Brandenberger look at my tree again. It was on a downward spiral, and even though there were a few years left maybe, I did not want to risk a split which could happen over my sidewalk or house. Again, my neighbor behind me had a tree removed and he gave me some quotes he received. Brandenberger was not one of them. The quote from Brandenberger was quite reasonable. They removed the tree, ground the stump below grade, removed the grind, and removed the surface roots then smoothed the yard. I would use them again if I have any future issues with my trees.

OMG! This experience was excellent from start to finish. SERVICES: We had a tall tree removed, a stump removed, some dead removed from another tree, debris removed/chomped and our magnolia treated.

They were respectful of our yard and it neighbors yard. They communicated perfectly. And every single person was so kind and patient! Fair price, too!

A+ and thank you!

I had two very tall old growth trees and tree trunks removed along with branch trimming on four other trees. This was a two day project. The crew was professional in every manner. When the job was completed the property was completely cleaned up. I highly recommend Mason Brandenberger and his team.

I had a Bradford pear tree that I stupidly planted 20 years ago, that was damaged in a storm and that I now realize is an invasive species.

I was toying with the idea of taking it down myself, but boy, I'm sure glad I had some common sense and hired Brandenberger.

They had all the right equipment to do it quickly and properly. The estimator gave me several options to choose from, and the communication between me and the office was great. They called before coming out, and made sure to shield the house from the flying wood chips when they ground out the stump. This is one job where it was well worth hiring pro crew.

100% professional in every way..When other companies were out of my rang Brandenberger worked with me. I was so conncern of the Willow falling on my house. Over the years and 2 different states I have had tree damage. One took 3 months to repaire . Now at 78 yrs young. I just didnt want any more tree drama. Jacob's crew came out on questionable weather conditions (to my surprise) cut the tree down and cleaned up every branch even the street after the hopper. Every person been totally professional
Wish more companies were like Brandenberger and Jacob O'Dell and crew..Millions of Thanks. Now this 78 yr old lady will sleep better

A couple months ago I was ending the process of getting quotes to have our trees trimmed and those of our neighbors that have grown over our property trimmed back to property lines. As I was getting ready to make a decision Brandenberger TCP showed up to remove a huge mulberry tree from the yard of our neighbor. It was a huge tree only a few feet from their house and at most 15 feet from our house and garage. I watched the crew work that day and a larger crew the next day as they took down that huge tree piece by piece safely with remarkable skill and teamwork with all the equipment they could possibly need. I was so impressed with their cleanup and going out of their way to do everything they could to do their best for our neighbor. So I gave Brandenberger TCP a call and Mason came out to review our issues. We walked our property and I appreciated all his thoughts and suggestions including how they could treat one of our trees that appeared to be dying rather than have it removed. We received their proposal which thoroughly described everything that would be accomplished with all their liability insurance information. Their bid was not the lowest but taking everything into consideration we decided it was the best for us so we accepted it. The diseased tree was treated by Joe within a matter of days and the tree trimming was completed this week exactly as we expected as the crew checked with me often to make sure our expectations were met as the work was being done. They also answered any questions I had and followed through with any requests I had. They were extremely thorough in removing all debris from our back and front yards and even reattached our dog tie out cable to its stake before I got to it. I don't know how to write a recommendation any more positive than this other than to add that I highly recommend Brandenberger TCP. The arborist will return in the spring to treat our diseased tree again. Beyond that I would welcome them back for any work that we might require on our trees in the future. Thanks to Zach, Ethan, and Johnny for a job very well done.

This is the second time we’ve used this company. They have done amazing work both times for us. Very professional and always clean up after themselves when they’re done. The work looks great. Would recommend.

Recently worked with Brandenberger Tree Care Professionals to clear invasive species and dead trees from our forest area and they exceeded our expectations! It was a muddy job and they even went above and beyond to clean up. Would highly recommend!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service of this company! I called on a Monday to set up a time for them to come and quote me for the job. They came Tuesday to give me an estimate. The following Monday, I had 2 trees, 5 big shrubs, and a deck taken out. They showed up at 8 am and were wrapping things up and on their way by 4! I was AMAZED at the transformation in just a few hours! The entire staff was very professional and POLITE! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
