Reviews of local pros in Austin, Indiana

We've used these guys multiple times for our ac and heat either going out or just not running correct and they do a fantastic job and they are very fair with their pricing and they will explain to you step by step what they are doing if you ask them to.

This place does not care about anyone only if you have money! I called about a leak under my home and they still haven't came out and it's been over a week so if you don't have big money don't call them because they will put you on a list that they will never get to you.

We decided to call this company for there services ! When we first called them, they set up an appointment for us and the day came and we waited. They never showed up and I ended up calling them and they said the appointment was for another day. They tried saying we misunderstood and gave us another appointment for the next day ! Next day came , they did not show up or called us to inform us they weren’t coming. This was so unprofessional and irresponsible of them. We called another company and they came the next day. I don’t recommend this service , unless you want to have your time wasted ! They are not reliable !

The manager was great, BUT we haven't had great service after installation. Actually, there was no call back after we needed service recently. We just did our best and are looking for another company before the winter hits just in case.

S&L Heating - Cooling and Electric is the best HVAC contractor in the area, they are HONEST when it comes to taking care of your needs and will make anything right. Scotty Sebastian runs an exceptional business and will always put the customer first. He is not the type to take advantage of you when you're at need. This is a trait that is very hard to come by in a industry that tends to only focus on sales like a lot of other local businesses. I HIGHLY recommend them for any home needs including Electrical, Plumbing and many more services.

The owner did a great job! He had the parts I needed to repair my furnace and had my AC running in less than 1.5 hours. Amazing job! Very professional! Great price!!!! The other company wanted 3 times the cost for the same thing?! So very happy with his work. I’m already scheduling them for placing a 220 line for me. I would definitely recommend S&L

They been very good to me and I live in 2 states.

Scotty, Blaze, Gail and Brandon took great care of us during the projects we had completed. They take care of all of our heating and air, electrical and plumbing needs. Great company that is honest and dependable. I would highly recommend.

Daniel is the best! Very professional and reasonable rate! Will definitely use this company in the future! Highly recommend!

Daniel is an excellent tech. He is very knowledgeable and cares about getting your problem solved as quick as possible and trying to make sure he stays with in your budget! 10/10 would reccomend!

I can’t say enough about the service provided by D&D HVAC! Daniel and his team were quick to respond when I reached out and they did a great job getting our system back up and going. Quick, reliable, and honest service. I highly recommend!

Our Ac drain plug was clogged. D&D heating and cooling came out right away. He was very professional, efficient, and polite. We were very impressed how fast he got the job done. The technician did an outstanding job, We can't say enough about him. He went the extra mile to get the water to stop from flooding our kitchen ceiling. He definitely made sure we were taken care of. We can't say enough about him. We will definitely be using D&D heating and cooling again.

Daniel is a honest and hardworking family man! He will treat you right and give it to you straight. You will NEVER have to worry about getting better service or results with any other company. The work he did for us tonight and in the past is always top notch. D&D is the best, look no further!
