I’m excited to have my dirt crawl space encapsulated and the AquaStop Air system installed, so I can utilize the area for storage and enjoy using the downstairs area more efficiently. Chandler Arterbum was an amazingly hard worker! We have a very small root cellar with Michigan shelves in which Chandler had to work in. His work ethic is great, he worked without supervision.
He made sure to clean up well after each day both inside and outside the house. Chandler and Micah both were very professional and personable.

Andrew Chupp was wonderful. He came out examined where we had concerns. Then we scheduled Ground Works to come out and raise the west side of our garage area and then poly fill our garage floor. Everyone had this project completed on time. Thank you for the prompt completion of our property.
I would like to provide pictures but it’s winter and the area just looks muddy and I don’t want anyone to get the wrong impression.

When we called Groundworks to get an estimate for our basement water, Brock met with us and did a full inspection of our home/basement. He came up with a plan that same day and explained everything very well. When their crew came out to do the work - Joe (foreman), Pedro and Roberto - they were very professional and completed the work in one day, when it was scheduled for two days. They even stayed late to get the project finished and cleaned up. Brock followed up after the work was completed to make sure things went as planned. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for help with their basement water and/or foundation issues.

Dylan, Pace and Jesse were here on September 29th to install drainage systems on our downspouts. They were courteous, professional and efficient. They kept us apprised of any issues and workarounds during the installation. They treated us and our property with respect. We had our consultation with Nikki today and she was fantastic! I usually do not feel confident with sales reps and really have to do my research on the information that's given. I have to say with Nikki she was very informative, thorough and most of all honest! She was able to find issues with photographs in hand that I did not see. We were able to schedule an inspection within two days of reaching out. We got regular notifications of the visit. When the inspector, John Kaster, arrived, he was thorough in examining our house with several tools, and then explained the problem and solutions. Contacted Groundworks for a sinking foundation. Brock Bishop was the inspector who came. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous and we signed to have the repairs done. Brock provided a clear plan for the repairs and made our decision very easy. Highly recommend Groundworks company.
