They schedule an appointment and they no showed and then lied about leaving me a voice mail.

Both their customer service and communication are terrible. I will not be calling them again. They do not show up when scheduled and do not call to inform you. Just awful!

Dryer was taken apart, some parts replaced not needed. Contractor was paid in advance for “parts”??? Been over 5 weeks and I continued to be lied too about dryer being repaired. Want my money back!

I called at 7:30am to schedule an appointment. I was told that the technician would be at my home between 1pm and 4pm. At 12:45pm I was called and told that a technician would not be available for 48 hours. This is unacceptable customer service. Waiting over 5 hours to inform me that you are going to be 48 hours late.

Never use this repair place they almost set my house on fire they will not give me any of my receipts. The technician name is Kenny, Ken, Kenneth we called Turner appliance they fixed all the problems with my dryer. Turner appliance is great.

Do not use this company. We called for an appointment to fix the stove and they gave us the appointment then the next day, when they were to come, they cancelled. We rescheduled for the following day and when they were to be here to fix the stove they called and cancelled. Don't trust them at all.
