Cornwell Plumbing is friendly and professional. Setting up the appointment was easy and Wendy truly cared about my plumbing issue. The plumber Tyler gave me great advice and was very patient explaining everything to me. After getting options and upfront pricing from the office. Tyler started on replacing my water filtration system and cleaned up after himself. Work was done same day. This is the best quality water I had since moving into my house. After getting estimates from other local plumbing company’s, Cornwell Plumbing has great pricing with high quality people in the company. I am going to have them come back in the summer to update my well pump system. Overall, it was a great experience and will be referring Cornwell to my friends and family.

Had a water heater issue and got two quotes. Not only was Cornwell the lower quote, they did a much more thorough job than what I was quoted by the other company. Tyler was awesome and explained everything that he was going to do. He even gave me a quote on a new water softener that he noticed was quite outdated. I won’t be using anyone other yhan Cornwell in the future. Great job

I was more than pleased with talking to make the appointment and Anthony coming out and helping me decide what to do with my old sink and faucets in the kitchen. He gave suggestions and gave me the web site to search for the sink. He measured and made sure I ordered what I needed. Called Cornwell plumbing when valve went out of commercial toilet causing a water leak. They came same day, fixed the issue quickly. Cornwell staff member explained the the different options to fix , he was professional and polite. Would definitely recommend for home or business use.

I had a number of jobs that needed done, had acquired new faucet fixtures for 5 sinks, water softener had stopped working, and had a toilet that was constantly leaking. And while this wasn't strictly needed, I also wanted new emergency stops put in on all the sinks since at least half were already broken, and we were shutting off everything anyway.

Techs that came out were fantastic and I felt they took the time to really understand some of the context specific decisions made in the home and provided solutions based on that and my budget. The project manager, Ryan I believe, was also great. Anticipated most of my questions and answered them before I could ask and gave thorough explanations of the options and some nuances. Everything was also clean when they left, no extra mess I had to deal with.

The one minor complaint I do have was around some miscommunication on who to contact on the day of service, andthis was easy to work around and fix.

Cornwell did an excellent job with our repairs and installation of our water softener. They were very prompt with contacting us to get an application set up. We had called 3 other Hamilton County plumbers and never even received a call back. Mark explained everything to us, checked everything multiple times and left everything clean.

I contacted Cornwell through Facebook around 7pm because our water heater was leaking. I received a quote within 30 minutes and they scheduled to come out the next day. They arrived earlier than anticipated! They changed out my water heater that day and we were back in business! Great communication and great, fast work!
