We had a very old roof that suddenly needed to go. A leak upstairs made things much more urgent. Kyle got out here the day we noticed the leak to give us a quote, and was very flexible with scheduling us in as soon as possible. The roof went up, but when they pulled back the section that looked worst, there was no moisture there. It turned out the leak was due to a vent pipe from the upstairs shower leaking! Kyle was a champ about it, and sent someone from his crew out to fix it for free after the job. The roof needed to be replaced anyway, so it all worked out great. All around fantastic experience and customer service!

Kyle came over and inspected my roof and had found several areas that were damaged from recent storms. After his very thorough inspection, he said we had enough damage to warrant an insurance claim to qualify for a new roof. We submitted our claim and waited for our insurance inspector to come and take a look at the roof. Upon arrival, our insurance inspector said do to the pitch of our roof he was not allowed on the roof but had a drone to use to inspect it. Upon completion of his inspection with a drone, the insurance company said we didn’t have any damage and was going to deny our claim. So, Kyle went to bat for us and contested that inspection and I am glad he did because that led to a third party to come out and inspect the roof. This third party actually went on the roof with Kyle and agreed with all the damaged areas. Our insurance company switched gears at that point and said we did qualify for a new roof.
This is why I would recommend Kyle. He was thorough with his inspection. He was upfront with the process. He followed through and delivered on what he said he would do. All That Roofing replaced the roof on our family’s house earlier this year, and we are very pleased with the results. Kyle, the owner of the company, happened to be working in the area and stopped by our house unexpectedly. He told us there had been a hailstorm a year prior (of which we were unaware) and after looking, found evidence of damage. The insurance company independently confirmed his findings, and gave him the green light to continue.

His crew, working efficiently and steadily, finished our house in one entire day. Kyle inspected the finished work and made sure everything was in order. The job looks exceptional. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would recommend his services.

Kyle knocked on my door and asked if he could check our roof to see if there was damage. I told him that we had already tried several times over the last four years to get our roof replaced and our insurance company would always tell us there wasn't enough damage. Kyle noticed a lot of wind damage so he worked with the adjuster from our insurance company to get not only our roof covered but our gutters as well. His crew was always on time, Kyle was very communicative throughout the process, and now we have a beautiful new roof. If it weren't Kyle I don't think it would have been approved. Kyle is very good at his job. He did exactly what he said he would do. There were no surprises. He was right on budget and dealt with insurance company. The men he employs are fast, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They even worked around our crazy schedules and our little furry friends. Wonderful stress -free experience!!!

The frame of one of our skylights had a broken piece and we thought the entire thing would need replaced. ATR ensured us that the piece just needed put back in place, and sealed with silicone caulking. They did the work and the cost was VERY reasonable. Highly recommended.

Owner Kyle Williams and his crew went out of their way to assure everything was done correctly and on schedule.
From the beginning they took care of all the necessary required paperwork with our insurance company and assured that we would be treated fairly and would only have to pay the deductible.
They are an excellent family business that can be trusted to do anything to make you happy. We would never ever consider another company for our roofing needs. Even our neighbors had them do their repairs after seeing ours.

After a torrential downpour back in April and water leaking into our bedroom from our very outdated roof, Kyle and his ATR team were the most reliable and trustworthy option for getting the job done! Along the way, we had a few issues with insurance claims (Allstate) but Kyle took the time to help us out by giving us options and helping make the right decisions for our roof (which now needed fully replaced). Carlos and his team were a delight to work with. They set up and cleaned up with exactness. Carlos is very kind and easy to work with. His team had a small problem when were backing their trailer up to the barn there were a just 2 minor ruts in the grass and Carlos took care of that right away. All were very prompt and fastidious about clean up.

Carlos from atr did an excellent job. He helped get the insurance to agree I had hail damage and they paid for most of the cost. They also replaced a soffit piece that had a hole in it from a squirrel and replaced 3 pieces of plywood that was rotten without xtra cost along with flashing around our light. I would recommend them anytime.

ATR owner Kyle came to my door to see if he could inspect the roof because a neighbor had damage from a storm. I told him to go ahead and inspect. He did so and said there was no storm damage but I did have a vent where flashing needed caulked and another are that need some attention. He said he would take care of both items since he was already at the house. He did so and did it for no charge.
Very personable and professional and I appreciated his help and honesty.
I am interested in gutter guards, so he is going to email me an estimate.
