For over 2 weeks they say they are coming out. Not one time they showed up. The appointments were no show..never even called to cancel them. Why ...whats the problem Laker? Is this how you run a business?

Great company. Friendly. They were here exactly when they said they would be. Were very careful not to track mud up from my root cellar. Price was fair. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our sump pump went out on a Sunday morning, and Laker was prompt to come out, assess the situation, and make the necessary improvements. They were easy to work with, and gave great feedback.

The first date was scheduled 2 weeks ago. We had to push back the closing date on the house we’re planning to buy because they were so booked.
NO CALL, NO SHOW! Talked to someone the next day & we rescheduled for the following day. NO CALL, NO SHOW AGAIN!! Last thing I heard from them when I called was: *laughter*, then: “umm, let me see where they’re at & I’ll call you back”. We waited around for an additional hour & a half. Heard nothing and finally gave up.
This is a huge inconvenience given we need an estimate for an electrical issue on the house we’re closing on next week. We needed the estimate done before closing in order figure that in on the final cost. A waste of the our (buyer’s) time, the homeowners time, and the both realtors involved.

Now we’re scrambling trying to figure out what to do and it’s made everyone involved pretty upset to say the least; not to mention that it’s embarrassing because I’m the one who booked them in the first place.

Please don’t waste your time because they certainly don’t give a flying f about wasting yours!!!

Laker has been swamped but still made the time to come to my house 2 days in a row to fix issues that were created by another plumber. They have been professional and friendly. If they bill me correctly then they will continue to be my go to company for plumbing and electrical.

Super great guys! Reasonable prices. They were pretty quick, too and did fantastic job of replacing entire water heater . They were so quiet considering we were just in the next room. Highly recommend

We’ve had a sink backed up for a few months now. We got strung along for about 6 weeks by another business so we called Laker. They sent someone out the same day to fix our main issue and will be following up to schedule the rest of the work needed. Thank you for being super responsive and willing to help. You’ve gained loyal customers from us!

We’ve had Brad complete a few services for us. He’s very knowledgeable and does great work! He showed up at the scheduled time and has very reasonable pricing! We will call him for anything in the future and would highly recommend his services!
