Pretty quick service on replacing well pump at a reasonable price.

Terrible service. Highly disorganized. Did not show up for several scheduled appointments. I called to find out why they didn’t show up and was told they were just too busy and had no idea if they could make it out anytime soon, even though my appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance.

Top-notch installation, products and service. A+ company, we will not hesitate to use them for every job we have!

Had furnace work done and they were on time and had me up and running in no time even though it was a warrenty problem and they did not sell me the furnace. just had a water problem and they were there 7am next morning and had me water in less than a hour

Apparently, my job wasn't important enough, made appointment, never written down, but couldn't be bothered to send anyone regardless of them being the one who screwed up. Wont use and don't reccomend

We have used Don Myers on more than one occasion. When it was an urgent (no heat) situation they came same day and got things going again. Excellent work no matter the project.

They are amazing with the best customer service! Eric who did all the installing was so kind, professional, helpful and knowledgeable! The owner and office manager both dropped everything on two separate occasions to answer questions on-site.... now that is the best customer service! If you have a choice in heating/cooling make sure you choose them!

HIGHLY RECROMMEND -- I was upset and discouraged with HVAC company's customer service and quote process until I contacted Don Myers. Then I was relieved and happy to work with them. All departments I communicated with did a fantastic job. They replaced an old R22 AC/Furnace unit. Scheduling, physical work, invoicing and billing was all what good Customer Service should be.
