Very professional service. Also, very knowledgeable, not only about HVAC, but also about energy efficiency-measuring amps used. Dylan said he had worked for HVAC corporations and he was able to talk directly to the company to get the warranty information and offer us a quote to replace our 20 year old, recalled furnace. He didn't try to up-sell, which was refreshing bc other technicians from other companies did. Overall, great experience and will have them replace our furnace.
