Jecker is awesome. I've had two Septic issues for different clients recently. Both needed work on short notice. Both times I tried calling 8-10 companies. Jecker answered right away and got us on the schedule within a day. Very highly recommend - I won't use anyone else going forward.

Very professional and trustworthy and explained everything that they did and in a timely manner. Reasonable price for the job they did for us.

This is the first time I have used Jecker and I will definitely be a return customer. Very professional, very polite from on the phone scheduling the appointment to the driver emptying our septic tank. Highly recommend.

Extremely efficient and timely. Bost Cody and Austin were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about their work. Had our old septic tank out in no time and replaced it with a brand new model. All dirt that was dug up and replaced was covered in a layer of new lawn seed and hay to help regrow the grass. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs any excavation or septic work done.

My Parents hadn’t had their septic tank pumped out in several years and it backed up an stopped working. I looked up Septic Tank Pumping company’s and Jecker Excavating and Septic was the first website that popped up. Knowing how desperate my parents were to get their septic pumped out I called at exactly 8:00 am which is what’s listed as their open for business hours. Danielle answered the phone and I explained my situation to her and how my parents septic was backed up and not working. She told me that they were booked for the day but would call her drivers to see if anyone could fit them in. She said she would call me back and she did just that in a very short time. She was such a pleasure to work with and was so nice. I gave her my contact information as well as my parents. She said a driver would call before they got there but couldn’t guarantee a time since they were fitting us in. Several hours later I got a call from a driver named Steven. He said he was about an hour away and was on his way to help. He showed up, took care of everything, and did an awesome job. Steven was so nice and polite to my parents. I cannot thank Danielle and Steven enough for helping my parents out and going way beyond what they had to do. Thank you Jecker Excavating and Septic!

William came out while I was not at home, he called before arriving to let me know he was on his way and also called after pumping septic to give me a run down of what he saw and the condition of my system. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my preventative maintenance questions. Great company with great employees.

Steven just left our place. I can't praise him enough. Very professional at his job. Nice personality. Answer all our questions we had. Our family was really amazed with this young man . Highly recommend Steven from Jeckers Excavating and Septic.

Kessler came out and pumped my tank. He was very polite and helpful. He called and gave me a heads up when he was going to be there and he was right on time. Will definitely call back when I need them again

Very satisfied with JECKER’s service in pumping out an older septic tank on rental property we own. Kessler and Jeremy called me to let me know when they were leaving to come to the property, showed up when they said they would, got right to work and got it done. Five stars!

Fantastic service by both the office and the driver. Called late in the evening due to unexpected issues within the tank. Talked to a very helpful lady to schedule a cleaning to relieve the issue. To my absolute surprise they were able to schedule a service the next day! The driver had some of the best customer service, and went above and beyond to ensure the cleaning was done properly. Would recommend this company for any septic needs.

Great service! Steve showed up as scheduled to pump our septic tank, was personable and professional. Price quoted over the phone was the price I paid the day of service. I’d call them again if we ever need our septic pumped again.

They were quick to make the appointment and sent someone who was friendly and knowledgeable to pump our septic. They did not have to drive in the yard! Would definitely recommend—you will be happy with their service!

My wife was the one that was home when the work was performed. The Jecker rep did call me ahead to let me know they were on the way which was nice. Also my wife stated the Jecker rep was very professional and polite. Very pleased with Jecker’s service and will plan to use them again. RDC

Woke up to a backed up drainage problem. Called Jecker first to take care of septic system. That didn't resolve the problem but they were here in 2 hours, and when the driver figured out that wasn't the problem he pulled the clean out plug off and seen it. He worked super hard to try to unplug it but couldn't get there. No one does that anymore. These guys go the extra mile to fix your issues. Great company to work with. 5 stars plus!

We had two separate visits from Jecker. First was with Kessler, who pumped our septic and educated us on trouble shooting matters. He also gave us an idea of what he thought our issue was. The second visit was with Mr Philpott, who came with an excavator. He removed the soil from the top of the D box. He found that we did not have the issue we thought and that what we needed was a quick fix. Both of the men were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Really grateful for the quick action and all the information they were able to give us. Thank you!

From the call to set up an estimate, the estimate process and then the repair itself this was an outstanding experience. Each person in the chain explained the process and reviewed my options. During the repair the issues were explained completely so that I could understand what was happening in my back yard. Highly recommended. I will only use Jecker Excavating and Septic in the future.

Kessler serviced my septic system today and was very professional and knowledgeable. He noticed a few minor issues and offered suggestions on how to improve them. I appreciate his phone call to let me know he was on his way to my property and on-time arrival. Great Job.

Highly recommend Jecker if you need your tank pumped. Process was easy, they came quickly and on time. Kessler was personal and called in advance to alert me he was on his way. He was informative and took the time to show me that my system was working as it should. Look no further if you live in the area these are the guys to call.

Nothing like waking up to a septic alarm on the weekend! We took to Google to locate help. Thankfully we came across GD Estes and Jeckers Septic services. Called them Tues, tech (Bradley) came out Wed morning. Serviced the tank/fixed the floats and gave great information on the cause and what to watch. If you need septic help, look no further than Jeckers! They are very friendly, courteous and fast. Also won't break the bank account. Thank you Jeckers!
