We LOVE our newly renovated upstairs bathrooms! No shortcuts were taken here, and everything was clearly explained throughout the process. The crew (Jason & David) was friendly, informative, and made sure to run drop cloths throughout the house up to the bathrooms to keep our floors clean (they also removed them daily so that the house wouldn’t look like a construction area. The owner, Jon Chapman, made a trip out to the house before the work was completed to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the greater Indy area.

We were on a deadline, and they completed the project in the time we needed, even after a problem we had with our floors. Chapman's was able to throw an extra team, who was also great, on the problem to complete the project on time. Steve and Matt started the project, and their craftsmanship and professionalism provided a beautiful bathroom. Owner John and Johnie, CEO, Brandon, and Project Manager, checked in on the project several times to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything. I had my old bathtub/shower replaced with an onyx walk-in shower. I am very satisfied with the installation job completed by David and Dominic. They were very professional, timely, skilled and communicative. Recommend Chapman Custom Baths for any future renovations you may be considering.

They were on time, very Courteous and professional. All of the workers were very kind and respectful. They went above and beyond what they needed to do! Very clean. Cleaned up after themselves each day. And the shower looks wonderful.

Chapman was wonderful to work with! They were so friendly and easy to work with. They came to our house and gave us a free very detailed quote with absolutely no pressure to book right then. When we were ready we booked time at the showroom and they went through every choice with us and had most of not all of our options on display to better visualize.

It took less than a month for all our materials to come in and they were so flexible with our install. When it was time for installation they took great care to lay down all kinds of carpet protectors and even asked about animals to make sure they didn't accidentally let them out. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day and I'm in love with our new shower!

We contacted three bath remodeling firms for bids. Chapman Custom Bath was by far the least pushy and most transparent visit and we decided to move forward with them. The have a showroom in Brownsburg that makes it easy to select finishes and we sat down with a knowledgeable member of their staff to complete the design. Upon completion of the design phase, we executed the agreement and the work was scheduled about two months out.

Dominic and his team showed up right on time and had the job completed on schedule. We are delighted with the finished product. Having the work team in our home for two days was a good experience. They were great guys and they kept everything clean. I would highly recommend.

Great customer service! Didn’t waste my time with a long 60+ minutes sales pitch. Came straight in listen to what I said. Took measurements and sent me the quote. Once I accepted it I talked to Julie and stepped through the process to design my shower. The team came over and they were friendly, very detailed and kept me informed the entire time. They put down tarp to keep everything as clean as possible. They cleaned up really nice as well.

The main bathroom in my home has needed updating and repairing for over 10 years. I am so happy that I selected Chapman Custom Baths to do the remodeling! We replaced a fiberglass shower with a new Onyx shower. We have soft water and the fiberglass was so slippery and there were no grab bars. We chose the hexagon textured floor and we are so pleased with it. It has made a huge difference! We love the look of the Onyx panels too. Our installers were Dave and Caleb and they were efficient and very respectful of our home while going in and out of the house in January. We can highly recommend Chapman Custom Baths.

I highly recommend anyone wanting to get a bathroom remodel to choose chapman custom baths. My husband is disabled and so we went with a roll-in shower. The whole process was so easy! Brad and Dominic that came out were very friendly, very professional, on-time, you name it!! They went above and beyond to make sure they got certain things right like the height of the shelves, etc...since I am short. When they were finished they even put up our shower rod back and new shower liner. I could not recommend them more and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Steve and his crew replaced our old garden tub with a make up/dressing table and replaced our vanities, tops (with built in sinks), faucets, step in shower and floors. What a transformation. Steve was great. He kept us informed on the daily work flow, very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction, cleaned up work area every day, kept the project on schedule and takes pride in his work. We replaced a fiberglass tub shower combo with a beautiful new walk in shower. The entire experience was of superior service from the moment I walked into the showroom. I was greeted with a smile and shown to the many different styles of showers. I returned a few days later with my husband. We quickly decided to take this step. Designing our custom shower was a breeze given the knowledge our consultant had. The installers were friendly, efficient, and truly knew their stuff! I highly recommend Kaleb, Mike, Jason and Dave! Our shower is gorgeous and will last for years to come.

We had a great experience with a remodel of our master bath. We love the outcome. It’s exactly what we hoped for. Chapman bathrooms did a good job listening to what we wanted in our start with Jon and our meeting with Julie for design. The solid surface product is great as we wanted to stay away from tile, grout lines, and have a walk in shower. Our technicians Steve and Matthew were great to work with. They had a little help from Gary and Jose. Constantly checking with us making sure everything was what we wanted. Example, heights of mirrors and lights. They made sure we were happy with all those small details. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the project on the day they expected. They kept things cleaned up and neat so we didn’t have a mess all throughout the house.

The staff and crew at Chapman Custom Baths were amazing! They were extremely helpful with picking out all of the shower, bathtub, and vanity products to meet our needs! The work crew were fantastic, very professional, and great to work with. We will definitely be using them again in the future for our additional bathroom remodeling projects!

A three day estimated installation only took 2.5 days! Very knowledgeable and experienced crew with the Onyx shower pan and walls. Shower door installed prefect match the the shower opening. Two vanities installed (one double sink for the master bathroom and one single vanity top with new fixtures for both bathrooms). Great customer service from project planning, scheduling and above all installation!
