They installed a minisplit incorrectly and burnt it up- it stopped working after water sorayed everywhere-then They put me on thier "Do not service list" when I called the Mini split company to complain. AVOID-

I AM SOOOO MAD. I GOT SCREWED!!!! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WATER AND CAN STILL HEAR THE WATER LINE IN MY CRAWLSPACE SPRAYING ALL OVER MY NOW WARPED FLOORING!!!! THEY TOLD ME FREE SERVICE CALL WITH A NONPERISHABLE FOOD ITEM WHEN I CALLED AT 330PM. I HAD TO PAY $$$ ONCE HE CAME TO TURN MY WATER OFF INSIDE MY HOME BECAUSE IT WAS AFTER HOURS WHEN HE GOT HERE. NOTHING WAS DONE. I HAD TO CALL THE WATER COMPANY
