I can’t count how many times Rapid Response Plumbing has come through for me, but I know they’ll always be my first call. Most recently, it was 11 o’clock at night when I discovered water leaking in my garage. I dreaded the hassle, but they answered right away and were at my door almost immediately. Within minutes, they had pinpointed the problem—a pipe connected to my interior air handler—and their years of experience clearly showed in how quickly they diagnosed it. Even better, they had everything fixed and cleaned up in under 30 minutes. They’re prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about solving the problem the right way. 10/10 service every single time, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company they can truly rely on.

Rapid Response was here on time as scheduled to inspect and quote our need for a new hot water heater. The techs, Deshawn Cox and Jalen Coleman were very professional during the install. They answered all my questions thoroughly and respectfully.

I called rapid response and got a call back within the same day. I had been trying to clear a sewage backup in my basement for weeks and they were able to do it within a few hours for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had an emergency drain issue and rapid response was the only company that I could get a hold of that wasn’t using AI and had a user friendly website. The guys showed up and were very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately then fixed it immediately! Can’t thank the all enough!

Jason, the owner, seems to be very knowledgeable and his wife in the office is very nice. I trusted him and the repairs that were needed. The guys who did the work were friendly and timely. I am very happy with the level of service. I am not sure if the cost for repair plus install of a water heater and water softener was similar to what other companies would have charged (I wish I had more time for other quotes but the work needed to be done pretty quickly). I would recommend this company.

I reached out to them late in the evening, due to a leaking water softener. They got me scheduled so quickly the following morning; and then were able to get my new heater installed just a few hours later! Their service tech was beyond kind, very knowledgeable and very professional. It made it an easy choice to go with their company, knowing I was in such good hands!! Their prices were beyond reasonable and much lower than other competitors in the area. I highly recommend them!! If I could give them a 10 star, I would!

DeShawn did a great job diagnosing my dead water heater (21 years old! Flush your water heater yearly and you too can have this happen!) and making sure I knew my options for replacement. He and Jalen spent the next day throughly taking care of the installation of my new tankless system. Woo!

Deshawn Cox, and Jason Lee were the techs that came out very promptly when we had water backing up into the showers, and not draining water. Deshawn came out first thing the next morning and diagnosed the issues. Jason came out to dig up the next morning to dig up part of my back yard to repair the area that broke. The poor guy was out in the cold and blustery weather to make sure we got things running once again. The mess was cleaned up and they told us they would come back after the spring thaw to finish leveling the yard. The guys were courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thank you for a great job done quickly!

I had a urgent plumbing need. I called the day after Christmas, on a Friday, in the middle of the day. I had called two other plumbers including a company that we have a HVAC relationship with. None could come out until Monday. I called Rapid Response, and they had someone at my house in less than 90 minutes, and they solved my problem. I'm very happy with Rapid Response.

I cannot say enough about this team! My experience with Rapid Response was amazing from start to finish. As a real estate agent, I have previously dealt with some other contractors misunderstanding the situation when buyers are in need of inspections and estimates. This was NOT the case here. Cody and Jason were incredibly helpful and responsive. They both went above and beyond to cater to my clients' needs. They were clear on pricing from the beginning, and they gave us a good heads-up for technician arrival. Our technician, Deshawn, was professional and knowledgeable, and he happily took the time to explain his findings to us before providing us with the sewer scope video and estimate on the spot.
