Remodeler reviews in Brownsburg, Indiana

Gary and Vera are class acts! Honest, hardworking folks committed to customer satisfaction!

Extremely helpful for an exterior project that I needed to be promptly completed. Very responsive to my inquiry and very good communication. I was very pleased with his suggestions and his quality workmanship.

Gary is the best copper craftsman in town. He also is great with slate roofs!

Gary turned my dreams and visions in to reality. He is very creative and detail oriented. He took his time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted and even better than I could imagine! Thank you A-1 Touch!

Extremely happy with the creativity and craftsmanship. More importantly, he shows up when he says he will, respects your home, cleans up every day and is considerate of your life during the renovation. Will undoubtedly call back for my next renovation need.

Gary and his team did an incredible job with our home in Indiana. Great communication all the way thru. And it was a huge renovation. Exceeded all our expectations.
Cannot thank them enough.

Gary just completed our kitchen remodel and it is fabulous! He listen to our needs and truly made the whole vision come together. His work is amazing!! He uses top notch suppliers and materials. Was always on time, cleaned up every day and even had no problem with a couple extra “asks” - like building a handrail in our garage and rescreening our back patio door.

Truly a craftsman and takes pride in his work! Gary has a great work ethic and a desire to deliver perfection. He makes sure every detail of the project is discussed during each step of the process. It’s a family business and everyone works hard to complete the job. As a designer and someone who works in the trade, I will ALWAYS recommend Gary and his team!

Gary made extensive repairs to the slate roof on our house/garage. Always very communicative and willing to talk through anything unexpected that arises and work collaboratively to find a solution. A true craftsman who clearly takes pride in his work. Will definitely be using Gary for routine roof maintenance and other future projects.

Gary and his crew did an amazing job converting one of our bedrooms into two for the girls' rooms!

He was great at communicating the cost and diligent about what the project was going to entail. He not only completed the project on time and within budget, but came back to install a light fixture that we originally asked about but were missing a vital part, charging no additional fee.

Gary was great about setting expectations, communicating when he would arrive and ensuring we understood the work that was performed at the end of the day. Along with a detailed plan for the next day.

He also gave suggestions on certain design elements that would allow us to save money, but still be within code restrictions.

The girls love their new bedrooms! The quality of work Gary and his team brought into the project was top notch.

A-1 Touch Interiors and Exteriors provides a professional quality experience to each project and we look forward to having them complete the next one on our list!

Gary completed a bathroom remodel and was very easy to work with. Early in the process, he sat down with us to make sure we had all the right products to get the bathroom to the way we liked. Throughout the process, there was a lot of great communication about timelines and whenever something unexpected arose. The finished product turned out amazing. We would definitely work with Gary again!

Gary and his crew turned my screened in porch into a three season room. I am impressed with his creativity and dedication to doing the job right. I've included a picture of before and after. I know I will enjoy this room for years to come!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my kitchen renovation by Gary from A-1 Touch!!

Even before I signed the contract, Gary spent a number of hours with me talking through what this major renovation would include, what was important to me, and what it would cost. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with what he was going to do.

He started and finished the project within the time line agreed upon. Even when the project expanded, he worked to make sure everything progressed as quickly as possible.

Everyday during the renovation, he would text when he was going to arrive and confirmed with me at the end of the day the work that was completed and what to expect the next day.

Gary also provided guidance about what would look good and what options I could explore that I had not considered.

The kitchen is absolutely incredible and I am so impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the work of Gary and the subcontractors he brought into the project. After two months, I truly felt that Gary and his team was a part of the family.

I guess the best review I could give, is that I am already saving up for the next project I will complete with Gary!

First Review- Complete Basement Buildout With Full Bath, Movie Room, and Sauna: Gary is exceptional. From the first interaction where we discussed design and layout to the final walkthrough, Gary couldn't have been better.

He's a true professional - communicates very well, follows through consistently, and is fully committed to the work.

He is a true craftsman- is work is top notch and he holds his quality of work to the highest levels. I am a demanding perfectionist and Gary exceeded my expectations every time.

I've had several experiences with contractors and there's no comparison- Gary's the best. This was a big, complex project and he knocked it out of the park at a fair price.

Second Review- Primary Bath Renovation: Gary also redid our master bath, including plumbing, fixtures, bath, shower, tile, and trim. We wouldn't change a thing- the bathroom looks fantastic and we love the finished product.
