Horrible business! It's been 8 months I've been waiting to get my house repaired and the show up about one week out of three. Horrible experience I wouldn't recommend to anyosupposed to be my buddies. ne! What's so crazy is these guys were

They ran off with my money and the subcontractors money owing over $40k to them. The subcontractors are now putting a lien on our home. Beware!!!!

The pool house you was paid for didn’t get finished! So I didn’t get to use it! Can you send the money back? Maybe return a phone call?

BestSide has excellent customer service and very responsive! They quoted my patio expansion, scheduled and completed. No hassles and did excellent work! In fact, I'm using them again for an electrical job!

BestSide has awesome customer service! They quoted me for my roof shingles I needed replaced and my flooring I needed finished, they came right out got it done and did an amazing job! As a matter of fact I have more work that needs done and will definitely be using BestSide again!!!!!

I met the owner, Justin, at the Home Show on 1-28-23 & had a great conversation. On 2-13, Trey came out to discuss & take measurements. Since then, nothing. I’ve called 3 times & the lady that answers the phone is nice but seems helpless to be able to do anything about it and says I will get it in a day or two. On Monday the 13th, I texted Trey. He said he was sorry, he was trying to use a new program and would get it to me. Still nothing & he stopped responding to texts. Why would you want to use a company that treats you this way. Must not need the business.

How do you take someone's (friend of the family)money and not finish the job...smh. And what makes even worst they had to pay someone else to finish, which cause them to be out of a lot of money.

Bestside priced a small job for me. I gave them the greenlight to proceed, then nothing. I've called a couple times and they tell me someone will stop by. I've given up on them. I assume the job is too small for them to mess with. Too bad because I also have a relatively large remodel planned for this year. I will not be approaching Bestside.
EDIT: I appreciate the response here from Bestside confirming my suspicion that the job was too small. Both times I called I was told the superintendent would be stopping by. I'm sure internally at BS a discussion was had about not doing this work, but that info never made it to me. They're seemingly a quality builder, but maybe communication could be tightened up. I'll bump to three stars assuming my situation is the exception.

Warning!! Don’t do business with them. Run away as fast as you can.
Zero stars don’t recommend to build a birdhouse! They aren’t dependable or reliable. They were paid to build a pool house & left it incomplete!
