We reached out to Twisted Electric for some work they got us right on the schedule. Rylie and Braiden showed up as scheduled they were very professional and fixed our issue and even cleaned up after themself.

These folks have been absolutely wonderful. We've used them multiple times. They are always prompt on their scheduled times, do excellent work, and take the extra bit of time to make sure everything is neat and buttoned up properly. We've had 3 different service techs over and all were well-spoken, meticulous, and did great work. The office staff is very communicative and courteous, and the time between calling and having someone on site has been more than acceptable. We won't even think about using anyone else from now on.

So thankful for Nick, Melissa and Kirk for going above and beyond to help me. I first contacted them on Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday morning they were at my house fixing my issue. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and professional.

Received excellent service from Kirk. He was able to repair all of our lighting and appliance outlets quickly and efficiently. He was also very knowledgeable and taught us alot about the layout of our electrical system.

This place performed magic and I didn't even know I was invited to a show. Kirk is an amazing and very kind gentleman who absolutely blew my mind. He is a gem to the business and very professional. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and I am so used to contractors coming in and taking their time so that they make more money and basically take advantage of situations so that they can charge you more. This guy was in and out of my home in 10 minutes and that included running out to his vehicle to get the parts that he needed. I started to question my sanity. I started wondering if I imagined him being here. I started looking for smoke because he just disappeared. It was so impressive if he had a top hat I bet 12 rabbits would be in there. I want to know who taught him the hoodoo the voodoo that he do so I can learn it too. It was just impressive. I would have clapped but he was gone before I could. I would definitely recommend, I love supporting family-owned businesses, and this is a business worth supporting. If we ever have electrical issues again, I know where to call. This guy is more magical than a whole trip to Disney. And costs less.

Need to have an electrical inspection done on a two car garage. Twisted Electric was able to get someone out to me in a timely manner. The technician was very professional, answered all my questions, and was able to give me insight on upgrades that could be done to reduce energy cost.

Twisted Electric ⚡️ did absolutely amazing by us. We’re a younger couple on a very tight budget and their prices were more than fair. Kirk and Connor were so friendly, fast and thorough!! Taylor was amazing through the whole process and you can tell the team at Twisted electric communicate and work amazingly well together to make the whole process smooth for the customer. We'd originally scheduled for service with Twisted Electric in December 2025. When I called to confirm, it was discovered that due to a minor miscommunication we weren't added to their schedule for that day. Melissa immediately attempted to re-work routes to resolve the issue, but due to our plans for the day we were unable to get service. We rescheduled for 19-JAN-26. Melissa called me to confirm our appointment at 7 am. Kirk and Conner arrived as scheduled. They took care of EVERYTHING we needed and provided some recommendations which included a thorough explanation of why they thought the work was necessary. Twisted Electric as an organization is PHENOMENAL! We will be using them in the near future and any time their service menu fits our needs. I can't say enough great things about this organization.
