Had no electric in 2 rooms of my house, Kirk and Ethan did a great job tracking down the problem and fixing it, they did it in less than an hour. Would highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. It was by far, the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. And saying that I "worked with" them is a stretch. They did not answer calls or texts after they didn't show up to our house when they were scheduled, which was on a Monday. Then contacted us on Wednesday, apologizing, and saying they would have someone out that afternoon, which didn't happen. After calling to see about a time of arrival, and not being able to contact anyone, AGAIN, my husband received a call at about 9 that evening saying Nick would be on his way out because they ended up working much later than they thought. He asked for our address, because he didn't want to look through paperwork and waste time. THEN DIDN'T SHOW UP! It is crazy to me that someone who acted like they wanted to do the job, scheduled the day to be out, doesn't show up, and doesn't answer any calls or texts, is able to keep their company going.

I also want to add, that Nick could've easily said that he couldn't fit us in their schedule FROM THE BEGINNING. We moved insulation back and were definitely in a crunch with time, which is the only reason we put up with as much as we did. I will never use this company for anything and I will be making sure to tell everyone I know not to waste their time.

Twisted Electric has always been our go to for our farming business. Always very responsive & easy to deal with. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Twisted Electric did an excellent job for us! We had an old utility pole on our property, that we were responsible for. It had rotted out and we needed to replace it. Duke Energy gave us the name of another company to fix it. But that company kept putting us off and never came out to give us a bid. So, I called Twisted and Mr. Applegate came out the very next day to look at it and give us the bid. Then they coordinated everything with Duke and had the job finished a week later. The crew was friendly and professional. They even cut up the old pole to make it easier for us to haul away. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a business near us.

They were a affordable and local company. They did a great, timely job at my previously under code home giving me a new updated 200 Amp electric panel. They were very prepared, explained the entire process thoroughly, and left my home cleaner than when they found it.

Twisted Electric took care of an issue I had had with my electric for some time. The electrician found a problem within my wiring that could have caused a fire! Curtis was not only very knowledgeable, he also educated my 17 year old son while he worked!

Chase, Ron and another young guy (I did not get his name) did an excellent job for us. They hit a bit of a roadblock in making sure they could safely do the job without any home damage and their problem solving approaches were so well thought out and showed a level of experience with this crew that we appreciated and made us feel extremely confident in the job they were doing for us. Respectful, professional, and personable staff all around at Twisted Electric! Definitely saving Twisted Electric's information as my go-to for any future electrical needs!

We’ve had the best experience working with them. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and I feel they went above and beyond. From staying into the evening hours to finish the job, then following up the next day after hours! Highly recommend Nick and his crew. Kirk and Brayden were a pleasure to work with as well! If you like your time, don't go with this company. Originally I had called them to do an electrical estimate on my property, which went on without a hitch. Later I called for a septic estimate and it went to hell. I had to CALL them 5 days later to send the electrical estimate, and then they didn't show up for the septic estimate. I had to call them to find out why they didn't show or call.

Kirk did amazing work. Quickly put in some GFIs and new outlets. Answered all my questions I had for him. Will use twisted Electric again in the future for some more projects.

Great people to work with! We love our new front concrete patio! We asked for a patio to help keep water from gathering in our front porch and they delivered 😀 Took out our old patio and replaced it with a new and much improved one! We definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!

Guys came and got the job done. Can’t really complain about that. They did nice work and very Efficient.

I have scheduled two on-site quotes. The first day no one showed up and the office was closed that day. The reschedule no one showed up again and when we called, no one knew about the reschedule because the person that scheduled it did not show up to work. Extremely unreliable!

I was treated very unfairly by this company,and I would avoid them as a,business provider at all cost..They installed a pump in my well housing and 11 month's later,the pump went out and they wouldn't stand behind their work..Charged me three time's what they paid for the pump,and was reluctant to warrant their work and fix what was broken..Also left my yard in a horrible shape,and would not even come back later and grade my yard,and fix it where they found it..I only wish I would have chosen someone else..I waited a while before I said anything, but 3,200 is a lot of money to just throw down the drain..I would recommend you rethink you're electrical choice in these providers..
