Proscape Property Maintenance has kept our yard looking sharp for years; the lawn looks great each week and there is no grass left behind on our porches and driveway. They have also helped multiple times with landscaping projects that turned out beautifully. They are professional and pleasant to communicate with.

We needed some spring cleaning done on our landscape plus we needed to bury a downspout. We contacted Proscape Property Maintenance and within a few days their rep was out to give us a quote. The quote was reasonable and we asked to get the job scheduled.

Once the weather cooperated, the crew was out, they buried the downspout. They cleaned up our existing landscape, rearranged our landscape stones and brought in fresh mulch. They even brought in small river rock and placed it under other downspouts to stop the mulch and dirt from washing away. Awesome job. Hoping we can arrange to get them on an annual basis.

We used Proscape for holiday lighting and they did a fantastic job! We love the lights! Everything looks professional with one simple plug-in, very clean look. The business owner is extremely responsive and I have no concern that if we hit a light snag in the winter months, they will be there for us. We are happy we let them handle the Christmas lights for us this year and plan to use them in the future.

We have been so impressed with our many experiences with Proscape over the past 3 years. We first hired their company for landscaping in our new build home that had “bare bones” landscaping and working with them was so easy! Peter and his crew really helped guide us and make a plan for landscaping tailored to our needs, vision, and budget. I needed low maintenance, but wanted variety, some beautiful trees and shrubs, etc. and that is exactly what we got. They have also been great for asking questions about certain trees, and have helped us improve or replace our landscaping from the builders that never held up. Peter and his crew are also very knowledgable and experienced and have had great communication through email, call, or text. Now we use them for fall clean up, spring clean up and mulching, aeration and overseeding in our grass, BioLife treatment for our plants (which was amazing), they have replaced a couple trees for us from our builders, and gave us some help on salvaging and adding to a concrete patio we had put in by someone after we first moved in that was horrible. We wish we would have vetted that out more and hired Proscape for the initial job but we piggybacked on some neighbors who were also getting theirs done. But we hired them for one thing a year after we moved in our home and they are who we trust and turn to for any projects from then on!

We have been using Proscape for our mulch/bed clean-up and lawn care (mowing, edging, weed control/fertilizer) for about seven years, and they do a great job. Peter (the owner) is incredibly responsive — on the odd occasion when the work isn’t up to their usual standards, he is quick to take action and address any concerns. Because they’ve been so great to work with, this year we decided to splurge and have them do our Christmas lights. They took their time on the install, making sure that the lights look great and nothing was damaged in the process. The house looks beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier.

We asked that our lawn be mowed while we were away. We normally do our own mowing, but appreciate that Peter was willing to accommodate us especially since they had to work around a driveway that had just been resealed. I can't necessarily speak for how well it was done in our absence, but it all looked good upon our return!

Proscape Property did an amazing job cleaning up our yard after a long winter and planting different plants and trees. They are looking happier than ever and have filled up our yard beautifully. The guys were so nice, helpful, and attentive. I look forward to having them help out in our yard again.

Proscape just did our initial mowing on new sod and it looks fantastic! Edging, trimming, and cleanup was done perfectly. Stephen did a wonderful job and was very professional. He was doing our neighbor's lawn and was able to fit us in the same day.

I have known the owner of Proscape, Peter, for 25+ years and am confident in his work and the type of person he is. Any time that I have reached out, he has been very responsive, always willing to help. Furthermore, it is clear he actually cares about providing quality service and is dedicated to "getting it right". Any business that makes the owner easily available to the customer is typically a business worth supporting.

I would highly recommend Proscape to anyone that needs landscaping work done! Bryan Oliphant and Mac Shera were easy to work with and had excellent customer service! The landscaping I had done looks great, and I really appreciate the fast TAT getting me on the schedule quickly!

Jose Martinez did a great job with our houses landscape. The edging and mulching was clean and done very quickly. Great work overall.

Hunter does an amazing job when he mows his stripes he places in the yards and makes the yards have beautiful designs whether it’s a checkerboard or diamonds whatever he does looks incredible and his line, edging and trimming is immaculate I would highly suggest hiring them to work on your Home or HOA.
