I hired Rooted for a weekly mowing service and I've been very happy with them. They show up on schedule and do a great job every time. My grass is always trimmed just right, and they clean up when they're done.
It's nice to have a team I can count on.

From my initial contact, through the planning of the design to the completed landscape, Rooted exceeded expectations. Rooted serviced my lawn (grass cutting and edging) during 2025. This company did an outstanding job at prices far below thei competition. I do recommend them highly without any hesitation.

Rooted Lawn & Landscape did a fine job cleaning up my yard & garden as well as trimming the bushes. I received several positive comments from my neighbors on how nice things look. I would be glad to hire this company in the future.

Claimed they mowed our lawn several times that they never came. Was told they would “look into it” and never heard back.
They also mowed the WRONG yard and attempted to charge us for it SEVERAL TIMES.
On days they came they do a subpar job, with several times doing half the yard and stopping. Their edging also is very bad.
One of the owners is extremely rude and confrontational.
Do not use their services.
In the pic, you can see they did not mow our lawn (we own to the shed) outside the fenced area. It took them 4 days to come out.

They do meticulous work and are always friendly and professional. It seems like they are working out the kinks with client communication (text notifications of when service is scheduled), as well. I do wish there was an option to have the lawn mowed every other week, but the price they quoted me was too good to pass up.

This guy showed up yesterday morning, blew all the leaves into one giant pile at the end of my front yard. Charged me $500 to remove all my leaves and didn't even bag them. They just made a big pile at the front of my yard which has been there for over 24 hours now and it has blown all over my front yard again. I was told a different company comes to pick up the leaves yet, I was given no time no information and they have been sitting there like I said over 24 hours blowing all over my front yard again. What a rip off. There are cheaper companies out there that probably do a better job..

Rooted took care of a spring clean up for me and the crew was extremely thorough with removal and clean up. Price was also competitive. I also signed up for weekly mowing services. Though start date was unclear at first, communication after that had been excellent. A reminder text comes out day prior to services and after services are completed. Owner is also extremely easy to communicate with for questions. He truly cares about his business and customers.

Rooted Lawn company gave me a very reasonable quote. Once the job started, everything was completed on time and with superb quality. Communication was great through the whole process, from the first quote to the final completion of the job.

Complete scam. Initial quote was for $750. Charged me $960! When I asked why the extra charge, they claimed it was for leaf removal which never took place (as you can see in the pictures attached). After days of calling them I eventually threatened to report them to the small claims court and they refunded my money.
Only to charge me $60 for lawn mowing on a snow storm day! I have blocked any further charges from them and reported them to my bank.

Edit: You claim the charge on 11/10 for mowing was for 11/3? You already charged me for mowing on 11/3. Attached screenshot of the quote. $600 for plants, $85 for leaf removal and $60 for mowing = $745.

Rooted Lawn and Landscape did a fantastic job with snow removal and plowing for my cleaning company. Thanks to them, we were actually able to get to our jobs and work today — which says everything. Their pricing was very fair, the service was quick and thorough, and their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will absolutely continue using their services.
