We also asked about duct cleaning while he was here since we'd never done it, and he explained what was actually needed without pushing extras. Fair price, no games. They saved our holiday.

Mark came out and gave us our estimate which honestly I was expecting the worst. I relieved when he gave us the quote to have mold removed from the attic and crawl. We also had a new vapor barrier installed and the old one removed. Mark was very professional and I appreciated his time coming out and explaining the process. The crew that came to do the work were very friendly and helpful. Not going to lie wasn’t a fan of having to be out the house while they worked and for 24 hours afterward but these guys were good and professional. The rates for mold remediation are based off of your home’s square footage. Which worked for us having a smaller home. The smell wasn’t bad (kind of a chlorine/bleach smell). We set window fans in the house and stayed in a hotel for 2 days (1 extra since my wife is pregnant) to give it time to air out. The wood looks new and can’t believe the look of it. I highly recommend this company if you have issues with mold. Thanks!!!

The work was done expertly and efficiently. Mold work in crawl space eradicated, and preventive measures taken. Also, the company did a wonderful job of explaining what we could do ourselves to prevent further problems. After the job was done and paid for, we still had some concerns about an apparent lingering problem in our home. The company came out and checked very carefully all areas of concern. This new issue was determined to not be mold, but Brian took the time to thoroughly explain in detail what we, as homeowners, could do to rectify the problem, and he also sent us an estimate if we chose to use their services again.
