We've been loyal customers of Illiana Heating and Air Conditioning for decades. Recently, we needed a new furnace and AC system, which Dan helped us with by sending over recommendations and pricing options. I met with Dan on a Friday morning to discuss our choices and get answers to my questions. He provided valuable insight that helped us select the perfect system for our home. The installation happened three days later, on Monday, and the technicians, Adam and Jacob, arrived promptly at 8 am. They explained their plan of action and worked efficiently throughout the day to complete the job. Adam took extra care to ensure the fan speed was just right.
