Excellent service. They bailed me out when another company would not return my call. Journey fixed my A/C very quickly and efficiently. Great service on a very hot day.

Within minutes of getting Journey as our assigned company through our home warranty, I was on the phone with Cole. He answered right away and was immediately helpful. It was after 6pm, 20F and dropping outside and our heat had gone out sometime in the last couple hours. The house was already at 60F. Cole tried to troubleshoot with me on the phone and through FaceTime to see if he could fix the issue remotely for us as the roads were bad and he wouldn’t be able to come out to us immediately. He was thorough and patient as we tried to fix the issue. When that didn’t work, he added us to his schedule for the next morning even though our roads weren’t well plowed, and had us fixed and heating within 15 minutes. He was polite and helpful!

New to the Area, needed my furnace repaired. Journey had great reviews and they did not disappoint. It’s always a crap shoot on getting someone you can trust. A young man named Cole serviced my unit and basically broke it down and cleaned it . Took pictures ( I was not present) of everything that was wrong and explained it. I have to say that I don’t think I have ever had a service tech as thorough as Cole. So impressed and glad I found someone I could trust. Plus my furnace looks brand new. To many HVAC companies try to take advantage of people. These guys are honest 👍

Cole was a complete professional and walked me through the full diagnosis of my AC Unit. He has a very honest, straightforward approach and not trying to immediately sell you a complete new unit like you’d get with the bigger names. He operates independently and can out price any of the bigger companies. I’ll be using him again when my system will need a full replacement. Highly recommend!!

Cole was great and service was prompt. From the time of calling in the morning to 3pm, everything was fixed and done at a fair price. It didn’t seem like the easiest job, but only took a short while to fix. Cole explained everything as he was working and gave some pointers if anything went wrong. I would definitely hire Journey again for HVAC problems.

Cole is a true professional! A clean cut hard working gentleman. He most thoroughly diagnosed, serviced and returned our AC back to service within less than 2 hours. This company is super honest and actually repair your equipment without trying to sell you extras you don't need. Excellent service/Excellent price. What more could I ask for! Journey is now my go to company for everything HVAC and they earned it.

What a great company. This is the second time I have used Journey, and if I could give them 11/10 stars I would. They are incredibly fair, knowledgeable, reliable, and Cole is the definition of integrity. With all of the large HVAC companies out there charging through the roof prices, it is good to know that some good local service companies still exist.

I recently had a great experience with Cole’s Journey HVAC company. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Journey Heating and Cooling came out on a Sunday to diagnose the cooling issues with my mini split units. They were extremely professional, direct, and thorough. The technician clearly explained the problems and supported everything with test results and evidence. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

Absolutely great service ! Cole came to the rescue and fixed our heat in 4 degree weather and until 2:45AM. He was very thorough with everything that he did. I would recommend him to anyone. Good honest people are still out there and Cole is one of them.

He doesn't charge you for extra things that you don't need and he is always explains in detail what went wrong and how he is fixing it. He's number one out there and we recommend him to anyone. Cole and his team are great - real pros. In an industry lacking in real customer service, Journey nails it. My new system install went better than planned and ahead of schedule. Cole will be my call when it comes to HVAC!

My furnace went out my normal HVAC guy came said it couldn't be repaired and gave me a cost for replacement. I called Cole Wilcox on a referral. He came by repaired my furnace that day and told me about the Fed Tax Credit and REMC bill credit. Journey came in and did a complete furnace AC replacement. Showed up on time worked all the way through I had heat that evening the Tax Credit and REMC credit reduced the cost below the original estimate.

Cole helped me today on fixing my hvac , so responsible and did perfect job in this hot sunny day I recommend all of my friends him , greatly appreaciate his time and reasonable pricing , and great caring his customers

Had Journey out to check our problematic unit and eventually replace our HVAC system. Cole came out and explained what was up and gave various options with quotes and honest recommendations. He was very timely with communication and scheduling, and completed the install leaving it cleaner than it was before! They were friendly, courteous, and neat. You can trust they will do a great job!

Our AC went down in the middle of August so it was excruciatingly hot in the house to say the least. We filed a claim with our home warranty and waited for 5 miserable days for the first AC repair company, which NEVER called us or communicated in any way with even a simple “sorry, we can’t make it out” before finally being able to switch to Journey Heating and Cooling. Journey responded RIGHT away and were very clear and responsive with the timeline of when they could be out. They were at my home within 24 hours and had our problem fixed same day. They not only fixed our problem but gave us a ton of advice and tips on how to proceed in the future as well as pros and cons of our specific unit and costs associated with keeping it going vs replacing. They were informative, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Will recommend them to all my friends and family and always request their services for my AC repair/service needs!

Truthfully, I picked Journey Heating & Cooling out of the phonebook because I saw the great reviews and that this was a local person. I’m so glad I did. Cole, the owner of Journey Heating & Cooling actually installed my system on June 1, 2025. My heat pump had faltered and consulting with a friend who’s in the business that lives elsewhere told me what I should be after. So I consulted Cole and he said he could do it! Not only did I do the heat pump, but I did the entire system because with the rebate from the electric company and the tax write off it was just a no-brainer! I’ve waited because I wanted to see how the system ran, and it has ran flawless this entire summer, also saving me money on my electric bills! I could not be happier! I will be using Cole and Journey Heating & Cooling for all of my future tuneups and/or inspections!
