Bought a home with a system installed by Allen’s.

They put a 3 ton system on a ducting system with 4 heat runs. Trying to push 1,200 CFM through 350 worth of ducting. Air handler has no return air, free drawing from the room, and is not even siliconed to the base. Absolute clown work.

So very pleased with my first phone call to their business with a very friendly, helpful lady and the fast response by the service person who arrived and repaired our a/c with the repair bill under 200.00. Highly recommend their services!!!

I called after hours for service due to our ac not cooling. Had a return call really quickly from Luke. He arrived at the time that he said he would and was quick to diagnose the issue and get the unit up and running. Was honest about pricing and up front charges. Extremely professional. I am very happy with the service I received! Cole is the guy you want for HVAC work and is the only person I'll call or recommend when the need arises. I'm somewhat critical of people in the service industry but I honestly couldn't be happier.

Cole did a great job diagnosing our problem and me and my father in-law learned a few things in the process. Cole is very honest and does a great job explaining all options available for the repair. I am recommending him to our whole neighborhood.

So our heat went out and the temp outside was 6 degrees and it's 11:45 pm on a Friday night.....who you gonna call THIS GUY RIGHT HERE!! Cole came right out and as soon as he got here he introduced himself and put booties on his shoes. I knew we made the right call! Most techs we've had will come in and omit their name and not worry about tracking in dirt. Cole was very professional and addressed our issue with the heat. I'm one of those customers that like to watch what is being done and Cole explained everything that was going on and what my issues were with my hvac. He fixed the problem and explained that I may eventually need a new ecm for my furnace and what it will run me. He explained what the root cause of the failure was and how he fixed the issue. I was throughly impressed with the extent of his knowledge and professionalism. For our part I would much rather pay a smaller company like his and get the professionalism than pay a big company and get half the service and attitude. We highly recommend any hvac work to be done by this man and his company!!

Cole with Journey Heating & Cooling came out late in the evening to look at my AC unit. He found the problem and repaired it. Cole not only is knowledgeable but he corrected the last companies faulty work. He was very professional, timely, and friendly. I will definitely recommend this company to others.
