He took his time to address our issues efficiently and resolved them quickly. We were stuck without heat for 14 hours in a single-digit snowstorm on a weekend, just waiting for someone to show up. He was the only one who could be reached and arrived promptly - it made a huge difference to me, my wife, and our four kids, who are all very grateful.

Edgar's the best installer we've dealt with - no complaints at all. We'd used him before for another issue, and he handed us his personal phone number so we could reach out easily. When we needed a new humidifier installed, he was the obvious choice.
