A month after the construction of the new carport, we noticed one of the support posts was twisting. We let High Quality know our concerns, and they went above and beyond by offering to replace the support post. They have since done this replacement for us.

High Quality has been professional and transparent with us from the beginning of this process to the end. We are planning on contracting them for another job in the near future - we can not recommend them enough!
