Pickup counter is a little slow. Pretty good selection of parts if they are instock.

Great local company, do alot of business with them only complaint I have but doesn't effect their service or the quality of help, is they don't wear mask but they have it on the door required for entry, whats up with that??

I'm a contractor and buy supplies here . On guy will charge me a dollar for a fitting one day and the next day a different counter guy will charge me 1.50 for same fitting. One guy will charge .45 cents a foot for 3/4 pex. The next guy will charge 36 cents a foot. I know it doesnt sound like a lot. But thousands of fittings and feet of pipe adds up to thousands of dollars a year. Not sure why the the salesman are able to make prices whatever they want . Jeremy Elrod gave me the best pricing and was the most helpful

As a real estate professional and investor I am always in need of supplies to fix and repair or remodel rental homes. I am thankful for Eckarts and the variety of electrical, plumbing, and hvac supplies they carry. The staff are knowledgeable and always helpful. Having this local company has been a huge help. I can send contractors to grab what we need right here in Corydon and not waste half a day driving all over the place. Time is money! Great asset to the community

Called them first and was patiently helped by a very knowledgeable gentleman named Mike. Went there and the guys on the front desk treated me like they knew me. Explained the plumbing fixtures I needed and with very little effort.........there they were. No hard sales, they gave me all the options, the pluses and minuses. I think Eckarts is hidden jewel that's not that well known. I'll be back. More than satisfied.

I needed parts for HVAC clean out, none of the other big box stores had the right parts. I was surprised to find they carry what I needed and more. Datacom, plumbing, Milwaukee Tools.

Every time I'm in here (probably 10 times) I'm always treated like I'm an idiot. I'm not a plumber or an electrician by trade, just a mechanic. But I'm a very capable person with moderate knowledge. I hate big box stores and like to support local but this place makes it hard. They have what I need 90-95% of the time and I am in here when I'm in a pinch. But if you say you don't have an account, you're lucky your only punishment is to open your wallet nice and deep, because the vibe I get is that I'm beneath them and deserve to get kicked out of the store or go to the back of the line until they take care of all the real customers.
