Have had Skaggs Appliance out a couple of times for appliance repair as well as buying a dishwasher from them. Always outstanding. This last time they were able to come out and fix my refrigerator within 2 days of me calling and Jeremy was fantastic. Thank you Gary and Jeremy and everyone else at Skaggs Appliance!

I bought a new TR5 Speed Queen washer and matching dryer from Skaggs Appliance last week, it was one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had with an appliance purchase. Gary Skaggs was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with every aspect of the purchase, He answered all of my questions and was quick with delivery and setup. Jeremy was great. I asked a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable. We ended up having to get a new washing machine, and he helped me figure out the best machine. You have an excellent employee. I would recommend Jeremy and Your company to all my friends and family.

Diagnosed the problem and had it working in less than an hour. We also appreciated the extra consideration that given to scheduling our appointment. Skaggs will be our first call for our next appliance repair!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We’ve used them twice now - one for the refrigerator and once for the freezer. Each time the service has been exceptional. Most recently, our freezer wasn’t getting cold & when I called (mid day Monday) the next availability was Wednesday. Sucks, but that’s the way it goes sometimes. Later in the day, around 4pm I received a call from the tech asking if he could just come today, that he had got done earlier than he expected and was in the area! They didn’t charge us extra for coming so late and he was communicating with us throughout the entire diagnosis and repair. We will definitely use them again (but hopefully won’t need it for a long long while lol).

Jeremy fixed my screeching dryer. He was professional, a good communicator, and very knowledgeable. He showed me the dryer’s issue…. the new parts ….and explained the steps as he was completing the task.
I bought my Speed Queen from Gary about 5 years ago. I trust Skaggs Appliances…. they stand behind their products.

Jeremy did an outstanding job. He came and figured out the problem with our dishwasher and didn’t have some random part but assured us he was not going to leave everything disassembled, so he came back really late in the day and fixed it completely. Kept his word even though it was after quitting time. That’s legit.

Jeremy, from Garry Skaggs Appliance Service, knows his stuff, quickly diagnosed our issue, and called on to order the parts needed. He was back in a short time a couple days later to install the parts and solve the problem. It was a quick service and entirely successful. Highly recommended! Good job!

The technician was wonderful and nice! They get three stars because they didn’t tell me I’m how outrageous their travel fee was. When I called to ask them, they informed me that they read from a script and that he knows I was told. I don’t believe them for one second they read from a script because if they did, the lady making my appointment wouldn’t have had to call back for my address since she would have been promoted to ask. Very disappointed with the lack of communication skills the guy I spoke with had.

I truly appreciate the communication and service received. I feel their service personnel are honest and not trying to upsell any other service. Thank you for getting my dishwasher functioning again.

Jeremy came and evaluated our washer that quit working. He was thorough when explaining what was wrong with it and gave us recommendations should we decide to replace it rather than repair it. He was super knowledgeable, personable and respectful of our home. I will definitely call them again the next time I'm in need of appliance repair!

Would definitely recommend. Jeremy did a great job fixing our dryer. . He was very professional and took the time to explain and discuss the fix. He also quickly fixed a problem with our ice maker that we brought up during his visit.

Had an 8 year old Speed Queen dryer that works overtime and needed repair. Skaggs scheduled really quickly, communicated well the day before as well as the day of and all said and done, I have a like new 8 year old dryer that should continue to do its job for many more years. Tech was super efficient and worked around a busy class schedule at the place of business. Great experience!

I have an older dishwasher that was leaking. Called Skaggs Appliance for a service call. The person that I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. Call was made in a very timely manner.
Arrived on time. Bill made sure that it was level and working. Next time I used it it leaked again. I called back and a service call was within a few days. This time we talked about loading after he checked it out.
I have run it twice since with no leaking.
I would definitely recommend Skaggs Appliance and will most certainly use them again if needed.
