Unreliable unprofessional and unaccountable.

I had a terrible experience with D1 Appliance Repair. They missed multiple scheduled appointments without calling, and when they did respond, they kept rescheduling with various excuses. Despite taking several days off work, they repeatedly failed to show up or resolve the issue. Communication was poor to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend at this point.

More in the recurring refrigerator saga! Continued issues despite their best efforts. Derek and Adam were on the spot, responsive, and made sure to keep in touch through the repair scheduling process. They went above and beyond to make sure the fridge is working properly, and that we are satisfied. I cannot say enough how pleased we have been with this company and the people involved in our service.

See fridge repair below. Had an issue, called, service next day guaranteed. Derek was very clear he wanted this resolved right and quickly. Adam and Daniel came out and made it right. Absolutely the best and most responsive company in the Region!!! If we ever leave our home, we will be sure to leave a list of trusted companies, and D1 is at the top of the list.

From first contact to end of service, this company was professional and responsive. Our technician, Adam, was so courteous and knowledgeable, and talked to us about what he was doing and what to watch for in the future. Excellent service.
EDIT: Needed an additional service to complete our repair. Adam was immediately in contact and got it done quickly. So pleased with this company, and Adam is outstanding.
