So I had another company come cut down some trees. They ended up leaving all the brush. I contacted this business to do the cleanup. I got a good price but couldn't afford it at the time. About 6 weeks ago I was ready to proceed so I contacted then once again to get a new quote as it had been some time since they came by. I kept being told someone would come out someone would come out. I called everyday for 3 weeks to see what the likelihood of someone coming just to look and quote me were. Everyday I was told someone would. But they never did. Now they refuse to answer any calls or return my voicemails. The funny thing is the gentlemen I spoke with spoke badly about all his competition about how unprofessional they were and they didn't know what they were doing for 15 mins on the phone with me only to treat me like I'm nobody when I have cash in hand ready to pay to get this job done. Sucks cause I really wanted the job done by them. And wish I wasn't given the run around. Bad customer service.

We had a 65 ft. Shagbark Hickory tree that had become damaged by a high wind storm. The tree had split at a 45° angle more than halfway through the tree and the split was nearly 20 feet long up the tree. They did an amazing job removing the tree from a very tight area.They were extremely professional, did amazing work, were very clean, and were the definition of professional

Mr. Clemens and his son visited my mother-in-law's home on a Sunday morning to trim trees near her driveway. A 15' clearance was needed in order to allow for equipment to be placed on the driveway to remediate water damage in her home.

We are so grateful for their assistance! Mr. Clemens responded quickly to our initial call. His price was extremely fair and affordable. While he was there, we asked him a few questions regarding oak trees on the property and he was very knowledgeable. We know we will have other tree service needs and Mr. Clemens will be our first call.

On Friday, evening during a wind storm, a large tree came down over our driveway.
I called Richard on Saturday morning and he was at our house in 20 minutes to give me an estimate. He and his son came back an hour later and had the tree cut and off our drive way within a couple of hours. addition Not only was he prompt, professional and caring, but he is a real gentleman as well. I will have Richard back again to do some preventative work later this year. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this family owned local business.

Wonderful family owned business to hire, very professional and respectful of your property and surroundings. They spent 2 days here taking down and trimming several trees and my yard was spotless when they were done. Richard really knows about his trees, he wants to save the trees instead of just taking them all down like all other tree services recommended! I guess I can call him a “Tree Preservationist “ Richard and his boys are Top Notch!

I had a wonderful first interaction with Clemons. Richard came out very promptly and gave me a quote at a great price. Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful and took time to answer my questions and gave me some great advice. I wanted to book him right then, but I had promised my neighbor to get a few quotes as we were sharing the cost, and told him as much, but that I had a feeling I'd be contacting him soon.

This was back in June. A week or so later, I called back to schedule the removal. I tried calling the number on their website, using their web interface, texting Richard back, and emailing Richard back. No one will return my calls. I have no idea what I have done for them to drop me like this, is it because I wanted to get another quote? I have wasted most of the summer waiting/trying to get back in touch with them, and now i don't even know if I can get these trees removed this year. It was stupid on my part but they made a great impression and I wanted to give them my business. I'm honestly hurt and bewildered that they refuse to contact me, even just to let me know that they can't provide service.

Richard and his sons did an awesome job removing 9 trees from my property. He came out to give an estimate the same day I called him. They safely removed a 78 foot tall oak towering over my garage. Stumps ground down nicely and everything cleaned up. Very reasonably priced also for the amount of work they had to do. 5 stars plus!!

Richard, was great! I called in the afternoon, and he was out the same day to quote removing a tree! Gave a VERY fair price beating the other quotes. Then, despite all the city work he has, he was able to come out the next day to remove out 50’ silver maple that one guy said he wouldn’t touch because it was too big! Family locally owned business. They were a pleasure to deal with.

We are extremely happy with the work Richard, Garrett and crew did. Over and above our expectations. They exhibit professionalism in both work and communications. Kind and courteous. Very reasonable prices. We are looking forward to them returning for more work. They did an awesome job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any of your tree service needs.

This company should be your one and only call for tree service. We called to have 2 big stumps removed, and he came out the same day. The price was unbeatable, and the service was quick and top-notch! For an added bonus, he removed 2 small stumps on his way back to his truck!! Wonderful people to work with!!

Quick to respond, newer equipment knows how to get big jobs done with no damage and clean up was spot on. Very pleased with them and price.

Clemons was set up to come take a look at removing three oaks in my yard. One 36”+ tree and two 20” ones. They were located on my property line and directly between two houses. Not only did all three trees come down flawlessly but there was no damage done to the surrounding areas. He laid down everything and did not drop large pieces on to the ground. What a talent. I must say that I was extremely impressed.
Absolutely would recommend using Clemons. They did great and the cleanup was fantastic. To think we had these three large trees taken out with no ruts from trucks or damage to the yard from dropping the limbs is amazing.

They were Fantastic to work with. I had a 50-ft pine tree blow down that blocked my driveway called them the night it happened and they were there the next morning so I could get out of my driveway to go to work.
They have great equipment and very pleasant people to work with.
I give these guys a 10 out of 10!!!!

Please be aware of High Definition Tree Services LLC - this is not for anything other than to provide information about a local company in this area, I want you to be well informed! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MEN!

They ask for payment upfront, they say that they do not accept "personal" checks so that they can scam you and then do not provide service for weeks if at all!

They even have the review section on their Facebook page closed so that people cannot leave REAL reviews about them - STAY AWAY! The call people on Google Review - liars and fraudulent reviewers when that is NOT the case! I love leaving positive reviews on Google and it is too bad that I cannot do that in this case.

They left debris/logs/3rd of the tree in my neighbors yard - my neighbor had to pay someone else to come move it for days after we had asked High Definition to pick it up like they were supposed to!

They called me and my family terrible cursed names as they drove away from the job - all I asked was that they please do the job that they said they would!

I paid extra for them to grind out some stumps on the property as well and they did NOT do that service! When you ask them to do their job you get cussed out!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - IT IS PEOPLE LIKE THESE THAT MAKE THE WORLD UNTRUSTWORTHY!

High Definition fell a cottonwood tree in our back yard that was at least 70 feet tall and precariously growing on the edge of a creek. It started to die off and was cresting the earth around it just looking for an opportunity to uproot. This tree was leaning one direction and we needed it fell on another direction so that it would not block the creek. High Definition Tree Service DID fell the tree precisely where we wanted it which was quite impressive. They then chunked up the huge trunk and moved those away for us and cleaned up the area so neat and tidy it didn’t even look like work had been done there except that ailing tree is no longer there. Excellent work.

Have used High Definition few times now. Very quick to respond. Explains how things will proceed. Prices are reasonable. Excellent clean up after primary job is complete. Would definitely call on again for future needs.

Made an appointment with Adam to come out for an estimate. He didn’t show up, didn’t call, and wouldn’t respond to my calls. He wasted my time. Don’t let him waste yours.

First time we used this company. Liked that it was a local business. Adam was prompt and very professional. Not only was job done well, clean up was well done too. Definitely will recommend to others.

This company is pathetic! They told me they were licensed in the area I needed work, but after they started the job, they had to stop because code enforcement said they had no license to work there. They asked for 2/3 of the pay, even though the job wasn't even half done. I paid them. Adam said they would be back the next day. I called several times a week for over a month, and they kept telling me they would complete the work, but never came back. They left ropes all over the tree, a rope bag in the tree, and countless branches all over the ground-a complete mess. The last time we spoke, Adam blamed Ruben for bidding the job too low, even though they were both there, and they were only $200 under my last bid. Adam still lied and said they would complete the job, but I heard that countless times, and they never came back. So, beware of these crooks and liars!

Adam was very professional. He responded quickly and did an amazing job for a great price. Everything we discussed was executed perfectly. Highly recommended.
