House Cleaning reviews in Crown Point, Indiana

Got a deep clean. Amazing crew did a Fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars does not accurately describe the amazing job Jill and the crew did on my home. Every aspect of this experience was perfect.

Very quick to give estimate. Friendly and explained the service and expectations. And most importantly-the house was spotless after our move-out clean. And we have 2 golden retrievers that love to shed.

I would recommend Professionally Polished, especially to anyone that has pets. The cleaning service was thorough and communication was great. No surprises on pricing as you are provided with a quote and list of the services being rendered before the date of service. Overall, a great experience.

Tiffany is amazing and my house looks beautiful.

Rachel and her crew lived up to their name, our new construction home was indeed professionally polished! Great to work with and very professional! 10/10 would recommend :)

I was very satisfied and impressed with the quality of service performed. The proprietor, Rachel, is very professional and personable. She makes great effort to personally connect with her clients and ensure services were completed to the standards of the client. With larger companies a personal association is usually not established. The women who cleaned our condo were efficient and detail oriented. It is apparent that her standards of service exude through the individuals she employs.

The owner is a lovely lady. Since I was to receive a deep cleaning she told me that her staff would dust my ceiling fan on my main level, perform basic wipe out of the fridge, clean the microwave inside and out, take care of all of the floors on the main level and wipe off all of the counters. The counters by the sink were not cleaned, the dining room floor was not swept and none of the items that I specifically listed were done except the inside of the microwave was cleaned. The outside was not. I took pictures of all of the areas that were not cleaned that should have been. Once again, the owner seemed to be a great lady, however, her cleaning ladies (who were extremely pleasant) did not represent her well that day. My daughter paid for the service and arrived in town later that evening to see what I said that was not done was in deed correct. She completed the task for me herself as I was physically unable to.

Professionally polished is an awesome cleaning service. Your house looks and smells fresh and clean when they are done. The staff is so friendly. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

The ladies did an AMAZING job on our Deep Clean. I don’t think my house has been this clean since we moved in! They were very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The crew of 3 ladies were so kind, professional, and worked so hard the entire time they were at our home. They asked for feedback throughout the cleaning to be sure we were satisfied.

We started with a deep cleaning and they were extremely thorough. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and excellent communication. We have tried a few different companies and couldn’t be more pleased. We now get twice monthly service and highly recommend Professionally Polished.

Wow!!! What can I say?!? Julie and Mindy with professionally polished went above and beyond with deep cleaning our home and left me 100% satisfied. I will be hiring them again. Everything was cleaned spotless and met my high standards. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you ladies for making this new momma feel not so alone with keeping the house in order. I appreciate you! And to the owner Rachel, thank you for exceeding my expectations and sending me women you know and trust. Thank you for answering my thousands of questions before and after the initial consultation and keeping me updated as our home was being cleaned. 5 stars earned!!!

Nicole did a great job especially coming at the last minute when my regular cleaning service had to cancel. Rachel was super responsive and helpful and the entire experience put my anxiety at easy!!

Professionally Polished did an outstanding job cleaning our home! The house looks amazing!

Excellent service, great staff, great pricing, and my house is sparkling clean and fresh. They did excellent job on cleaning literally everything in my house. The staff was very professional, experienced and on time. My house is 1 year old and it wasn't this clean even when we bought it. And the scent of clean and lavender throughout the house is just wow. Definitely recommending them to all my friends and family.

Victoria, Emily, and Thalia were AMAZING. Not only did they leave my house SPOTLESS, but they were so warm, friendly and professional. They even gave my senior pupper some snuggles! I can’t wait to have them back. 5 stars all the way!!

We had them come in to do a deep/spring cleaning. They deep cleaned everything & we added the service of interior windows & walls. As smokers & owners of cats, they did an amazing job. Everything was impressive & smells great!!!

It was wonderful to walk into a sparkling clean house after the two ladies from Professionally Polished worked their magic. This was the first time I had a house cleaning service. Rachel, the owner visited with me first to discuss expectations and options. She made me feel comfortable with the process.

Rachel and her team are fantastic! I’m very pleased with the entire interaction from start to finish. I had Julie and Nicole here and they were so sweet and thorough. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with this service. Very thorough and very professional. Highly recommend. Can't believe I waited so long to do this. Gives me back my time and totally changes my life.
