I recently used Morgan Mechanical for the first time and had a mixed experience. Tony visited yesterday to inspect my furnace's rivet and seemed confident it was fine. He was professional and friendly. However, when I woke up this morning, my furnace wasn't working and my thermostat read 62 degrees. Given my health issues with asthma, I couldn't afford to wait. Thankfully, Alex arrived promptly and fixed the issue today. He's a calm and kind presence over the phone - exactly what you need in an emergency. My apologies for the mistake in my previous review; it was actually Alex who saved the day, not Tony.

The company's prompt response was impressive - they answered the call at 7 am on a Saturday and arrived at my doorstep within 20 minutes. Fixing the furnace on a bitterly cold January morning was equally efficient.
