Called Cupp the Plumber in Danville that has shaken hands with Mowery's Plumbing in Brownsburg. Within 2 hours, Craig the Drain professional was knocking on my door. Huge thanks and KUDOS for opening up our kitchen sink drain and being so timely!!!

Very unprofessional hole in a wall dump of a business. Their employee ashley spent her morning at work texting and harassing her ex husband for $100, even threatening court over $100. I went out of my way and went there to give her MY money (almost double what she was throwing a fit for) for a child that is not mine. Tried to give her $180 to be nice and she slammed the door in my face when I was nice about it. She then texts him and said that if I come back, the bosses wife Stacie gave her permission to hit me. It's a public business and I was very nice offering my money when I have absolutely no obligation to do so. This shows what kind of trashy people they are when the boss is giving permission for an employee to assault somebody in her business for absolutely no reason. What kind of professional women would behave this way when I was only being a decent human? Take your business elsewhere, these people are trashy.

Craig was very helpful, patient with all my questions, and gave me some helpful tips. He was very thorough in solving my plumbing problem. I will definitely ask for him again.

Amazing company. They’re my go to plumbers. Always fair, great prices, very professional. Wore masks in house, my father in-law recently had a heart transplant and not a word was spoken about it, they just respected our wishes. Very highly recommended.

Great responsive company! Had a leak in my 1/2 bath from the toilet that I couldn't figure out after 2 attempts so I called the professional. Tech found my leak and a small leak from my upstairs toilet supply line, checked downstairs full bath-it was ok, repaired and was on his way in an hour. Price was ridiculously low! What a great team! Thanks Cupp my Plumber!

Craig did a great job cleaning out our sewer line that had a bunch of tree roots ! He really took his time and got everything all cleaned out and explained everything great . Definitely using cupp plumbing again!

As for the work they perform, Jim has been awesome. His overall knowledge of plumbing is appreciated. All very clean and efficient work.
Amongst the immediate work he was performing, he made some modifications to the old galvanized pipes he was connecting to in order to make things better. He exhibited some above and beyond moves.
And in my eyes just as important, he is personable. Felt like a friend from way back the first time he arrived.

All very positive marks here. This company has made life better for us and has done so with respect. That deserves more than money.

Cupp My Plumber, did an amazing and professional job redoing a drain line from a shower I installed! The tech Seth Combs definitely knew what he was doing! Seth was able to troubleshoot the faulty drain in a cpl hours and my shower works perfectly! Lastly, the price was GREAT compared to the other quotes I received. Thank you so much for your quick and professional workmanship!

This is the second time we have used Cupp My Plumber. Honestly, there is no reason I will ever choose a different plumber. They have always been incredibly responsive, and communicate when they are arriving. Erica came out for our second visit, and she was professional and honest. She troubleshot our issue, and fixed it with ease. She truly went above and beyond, by even making sure additional issues didn't arise, by tightening some nuts under our sink, unrelated to the issue she came for. If you need a reputable company, who is going to be honest, and is not going to hike up your bill, then THIS is the plumber you want.

They showed up on time to give me a quote on two partial bath remodels. One was pulling the tub and replacing with new tub/tile or tile substitute. The other bath was pulling a corner shower unit, adding a downpour overhead shower fixture and replacing with a walk in shower/tile or tile substitute. Around a $15K - $20K job when all is said and done. Over two weeks later and I still have not received the quote despite being assured by the owner that he was “working on it right now”. We are going on week 3. I am only left to assume that if they are not doing the FULL remodel, then it isn’t worth their time to even give a quote. I am a retired interior trim contractor. I can install my own vanities, tops and toilets. I still needed them to install all faucets and supply lines/valves. Needless to say, I will use another bathroom remodel contractor. Of the people who have come out, Chapman Plumbing was by far the most professional, timely and courteous. I had their quote the next day. Cupp might do exceptional work, but I will never know. If I have this much trouble getting a quote, I can’t imagine the headache trying to get the actual work done.

I hired Cupp My Plumber to run a new natural gas line out to my grill. Aaron came out for the estimate and Jim came out for the job. They're both very friendly and easy to get along with. No corners were cut and everything looks very well done. I'm pleasantly surprised! I'll be hiring them again and recommending them to neighbors, friends, and family.
