Very professional Froggin clean came out and cleaned my office building very responsive and the cleaning took about 3 hours and it smelt amazing after the company was done will have them clean again

Even with just a standard clean there’s so much attention to detail. No stone left unturned so to speak. Seems like every time the service is performed, I find another area that was cleaned more thorough than expected and it always looks and smells so nice. With myself and my 2 post teenage boys, you can imagine the “boys locker room smell” is as if it were never here, nonexistent! And the communication FrogginClean provides allows peace of mind and excitement for the next visit. Such a pleasure!

I hired Shannon and her crew to do a move out clean. They Al were amazing and did a great job! Saved me a lot of time too. Very professional, on time and very friendly staff all the way to the owner.

UPDATE:
While initially we had good experiences with them, we then had an awful one and stopped using them. A cleaner decided to come in the back door instead of the front, and wasn’t being careful so she managed to somehow pull down our glass outdoor lights, shattering multiple right where our children usually played. The cleaner said NOTHING about this and was about to leave when my husband discovered what she’d done. She excused it and acted defensive rather than taking accountability or apologizing for breaking our property. I called her boss, who was not apologetic either and defended her employee! After some pushback, I got a small discount on my clean, but it should have been an obvious easy thing since they broke our property. Never hiring them again after such awful customer service.

Top notch - tried several other cleaners for the Charles Davis Mansion in historic Shelbyville & was never satisfied. Once we found Shannon & team there was no looking back. Our guests always comment on how sparkling clean the home is & for a 123 year old home that’s pretty impressive.

I’m so grateful that I found Froggin Clean! Shannon and her team do an excellent job. My favorite day to walk into my home is the day Froggin Clean has paid a visit. The view of the vacuumed stairs is enough to normalize my blood pressure after a long or tough day at work. You won’t regret using this service.

Shannon was wonderful! She came to clean after I had surgery and did an amazing job! She was super responsive and worked me in right away. My shower and stainless steel appliances haven’t looked so good since they were new. I will use her again and definitely recommend her!!

I contacted them less than two weeks ago about doing a deep clean for a friend's house before her surgery, and even though they were booked, they fit us in. Shannon responded quickly to the voicemail I left regarding hiring Froggin Clean, and promptly and thoroughly answered all questions and concerns about the deep clean. I’ve had other cleaners and none compare to Shannon! She’s always on time, brings her own top-notch supplies and vacuum, finds and gets rid of dirt I didn’t know existed, and is very professional. Our kids even love when she comes because they know the toy room will look brand new!
