Our circuit breaker was tripping off and I figured it had gone out and we needed a new one. They sent someone out within a couple hours of me calling for service. The technician came and inspected things, and within 5 minutes found the real issue. Since it was so quick to fix, they gave me a discount, which was super nice of them. I would definitely call them again for our electrical needs!

Martin was fantastic. He was the only electrician I could find on a January Saturday and he was very thorough in identifying a wonky problem I was having with surging electricity. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very fair on price as well. Thank you so much for the help!

My house was impacted by lightning and had a power outage. Martin responded quickly and reached at 10pm in the night and patiently fixed all the issues. He took the time to explain each and every item and is really good at his job. I would hire him again !

Martin was very professional and let us know what he was doing with each service. He handled multiple jobs efficiently. We were very happy with his work and highly recommend his company

Micah and Josh from True Service were amazing! They were efficient, answered all of my questions, and even went above and beyond to find a part that I was missing from my light. True service is both honest and affordable! Can’t recommend them enough!

Great customer service and timely reaction. Arrived very quickly after reporting our residential electrical issue. Detailed explanation of the problem. Fixed and solved same day. Very professional and did a fantastic job.

The company was incredible! I will never use another! First we had an emergency with a power line being hit during a fence install and they came out same day and fixed it perfectly. Then used them again for a bunch of jobs from an inspection on our home and everything was fixed quickly and professionally. We could not recommend them more!!

Really great experience with true services. Quick honest, reasonable quote. Easy to do business with scheduled within a few days showed up on time. Micah did a great job will use again.

I'm so glad I reached out to Martin for service! He's responsive, courteous, and professional. I sent him an email outlining my various electrical needs along with a photo of a bathroom fan/heater/light combo as an example. He selected and installed a great fit for my needs that was reasonably priced and a quality brand. I'll definitely contact Martin for future electrical needs.

True Service is fantastic! I had a problem with the my home electric system. I called around 7:30am and Martin and his team made it to my house around 11:15am… They diagnosed the issue and he explained exactly what they did and what the problem was. He made sure I understand and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend True Service!

Laura was/is super nice on the phone when inquiring about what I needed repaired. She was able to schedule Martin to come out and help me the same week I had the issue. Martin was very professional and explained everything that he was troubleshooting and what it was going to take to repair. He was up front with the cost and time expected it would take. What seemed like a repair that would take me a week to figure out and fix he was able to do in just a couple hours. I will be calling them again when I need more work done on my house.

Amazing and fast service. Very friendly crew and pricing is very competitive and often more reasonable than the competition!

Big thanks to Martin for coming by my place around midday on a Friday. He expertly tackled some problematic wiring that was a concern since I moved in. His quote was great, and arranging a service time with him was straightforward. He wrapped up the task efficiently and also took the initiative to check and upgrade a few other outlets. I'm totally pleased with his service. Absolutely recommend.
