I had True Service come out and upgrade my panel for 200a service. They quoted me a reasonable price and I scheduled. They arrived on time and when I showed them what I wanted (this was slightly different than what was quoted), Martin explained a few options given my idea and we landed on an idea that would save me about $2000 over what I was thinking (wire is expensive). True Service then got to work and knocked out the upgrade and I am quite satisfied with the solution Martin Recommended.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used True Service to install ceiling lights and they did an incredible job on the layout and installation. They also cleaned up thoroughly. The workers (Martin, Micah and Josh) were kind and professional and a joy to work with! Highly recommended!

Lightning struck a tree next to my house and blew out power to half of my house, important things like my refridgerator and furnace. I messaged True service and they followed up immediately. They arrived the next morning on time and did an excellent job of restoring power and fixing some outdated outlets and switches. They rechecked their work and cleaned up all for fair price. They will be my go to electricians as long as I live in my residence. Great work Guys!

I am so thankful to True Service. I called at 8 pm after an accident pulled the riser out from my house. Laurie called me back immediately and put me at ease. Martin looked at it late and their team came out the next day and fixed it. The other places I contacted never even returned my call. Dependable, reliable, honest and just good people!

We had gone a couple days without power in one of our rooms due to an issue with an outlet. True Service was the first company to call me back and were able to come out the same day. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes and told us how to fix it ourselves in the future. We will definitely be calling True Service again when we have electrical needs and would highly recommend!

I contacted True Service based on prior reviews. Every contact with the company was great. From initially scheduling the visit to estimate the work to receiving the estimate to scheduling the work to performing the work, truly top notch. Micah and Ian performed the work and were pleasant and efficient. Most importantly, everything works as planned and the cost was exactly as estimated.

True Service was able to do a same-day appointment to come assess and fix our electrical problems. The pricing was reasonable and the work was done well and efficiently. The serviceman, Martin, was pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly: the problem, how he was going to fix it, as well as assessing other potential problem areas in my home and letting me know what to keep an eye out for. I would absolutely reach out to them again if I had another electrical issue.

True Service was a great company to work with! I recently bought a home built in 1986 and needed the completely original electrical system refurbished with a new electrical panel and meter box, and new outlets/switches through the entire house. Martin and Laura were super helpful, got the job done quick and at a reasonable price. They even worked around other contractors doing work at the same time and came back a few times to make sure everything was perfect. I can't recommend True Service enough!

Martin and the True Service team were truly fantastic. They communicated promptly, to set the appointment and Martin did super quick and quality work to install an EV charger in the garage. Good people doing good work. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I can't express how great of a service this company provided. First off, they were so quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a reasonable quote so painlessly. I appreciated that they did not hound me while we waited on another quote. We ended up going with them and we are so happy we did. The two men that came out to our home were so friendly and took such great care of our home. They capped off 4 recessed lights, moved one light over a few feet, and installed 3 pendant lights. It looks amazing. They were efficient in their work as well. We were so appreciative of how they cleaned up after themselves as well. We highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

I rarely write a review. This company deserves a 5 star review.

I had a 100 amp main breaker fail. Unfortunatley the breaker was very old, obsolete and no longer available. So, the breaker box needed to be replaced. I get it, these do have a service life. The first vendor I had out was fine but the estimated cost seem way more than one would exect. Also there was a sales pitch to sign up for other services. I found through the process, that the price changed to something they thought I might bite on. I would think on something like this, I would not need to negotiate as it's a common repair.

So for a gut check I'd called some other vendors for estimates. Thankfully, True Services was available to take a look. I could not have asked for a better experience. Martin is a pro. After a thorough inspection he explained why the failure happened and offered choices of remedy. We agreed on a solution and the price was very right compared to the other company. In the end I was upgraded to 200 amp service with whole house surge protection at 64% to the last estimate that was for just the minimum replacement (obviously, this could vary wildly but that was my circumstance). Laura and Martin definitely helped me out A-Z, and in the process took a load of stress off of me. Laura set things up and Martin and his great team did the work. Brass tacks of this business from my perspective; honest, competitive, on time, competent, quick, accurate, polite and a real pleasure to work with. As well, the pricing was way more in line with what I would have expected, zero pressure to do anything, and Martin was able to provide more than one solution and price points in my situation. I will call them back any time I need electrical assistance from people I trust, and would recommend others to do the same.

Martin has done electrical work for us twice now. He is always super courteous, professional, and informative. He works quickly and we have been very happy with service both times. Great service and the work was done well. We had 4 projects for them and all were done accurately, safely, and there was no mess left behind. We're very satisfied with their excellent work.

I needed to install a level 2 charger for our plugged in hybrid car we recently purchased. After some searching, we decided to go with the Charge Point level 2 charger, which can be used for other electric cars as well. Not sure if that will work with our car and panel, I reached out to Martin, Martin called several times to confirm the specs and patiently answered all my questions. After we received the charger, he and his team came and installed it. They did a great job and even helped me set up the app. it works beautifully. And their price can not be beat!

A few weeks ago we ran into a bit of a emergency after normal business hours. While the first few companies I called were not able to get someone out until the next day, Martin was the only provider willing to come out that night. After calling around 8:00PM, he was at our home by 8:30PM and had the job completed by 9:15PM. He was professional, friendly, and completed the job to a degree that exceeded our expectations. True Service saved us a ton of hassle and will be our first call going forward with any project where we can use them. Could not recommend more highly.

These guys installed new lighting in my home quickly and efficiently. Love my new smart lights so I don't have to be in the dark all the time. I use them on every project even hanging tvs These guys are great honest and competitive. Honestly I'll never call anyone else as long as The owner Martin is still around
