We’ve been in business for over 16 years and have tried many different companies to clean our carpet over the years. Dirt Detective did what everyone else failed to do…. We will be using them for all future cleanings!

Let me just say this- if there were 10 stars Dirt Detectives would get all ten!!! Moses was prompt, SUPER professional, and more than accommodating! I’ve used so many well-known, large chain services and NOTHING compares to THIS service! I was taken aback that only one person arrived (the owner, no less) and yet Moses sanitized and deep cleaned my entire home (3 levels) in just a few short hours! Moses even advised me on how to keep my carpet as fresh and well-maintained as possible in between cleanings! I’ve never experienced that before! The only regret I have is that I hadn’t taken advantage of Dirt Detectives services sooner! I’ve referred family who have already used them and are equally as satisfied as I am! Seriously, going with Dirt Detectives is the only logical choice! Did I mention that they’re super economical in this competitive market? You actually get MORE than what you pay for!!!

Excellent service! I was reminded to rate these guys after having a frequent visitor walk into my home and immediately notice that we had our carpet cleaned because the stairs in the entry way look so good. In 6 years we've never had the stairs cleaned. I've personally used my Bissell Carpet cleaner on our high traffic areas but I have to say I feel as if I've wasted time.
They were on time, professional, in uniform, & wore shoe covers. The price was great for 3 rooms, stairs and hallway. They told me upfront that some stains would not come out, but I'm pleased--especially in the high traffic areas.
I also have to add that our plush carpet on the stairs and upper level had never been cleaned only vacuumed. It feels brand new again and I can only describe it as feeling soft like after conditioning hair. Very pleased! I highly recommend Dirt Detectives.

The BEST carpet cleaning company EVER! Not only thorough and professional, but I had stains I thought would never come out of my carpets. I have used Dirt Detective Floor Care for years now. They have cleaned my carpets and tile/grout in my home and did such an amazing job that it looked as if it were new tile and grout! The carpets always look great when they leave!

Moses did a fabulous job on our carpets, we had some stains we figured would not come out, which didn’t with previous carpet cleaners. However they did and the carpet looks new!!

Next, the cleaning was exceptional. For a family of 5, our carpet has seen better days :) After a sweep & clean the carpet looked like new. It's always amazing to see a professional cleaning really rejuvenate your old dingy carpet and bring your living space back to life.
The work was also performed with passion; the cleaning was not rushed, and stains were treated with appropriate time and precision.
Also, our stairs were cleaned to help put some spring back in those steps. The price was also extraordinarily fair considering the work and the time spent cleaning our floors.
Last, a consultation was provided when discussing the work and the state of our carpet. Products and tips were provided to help prevent stains, but also to remedy stains that may occur.
I would highly recommend the dirt detectives, and will be calling them again!

I hired Dirt Detectives to clean a high traffic area and pet stains. They did an amazing job, was flexible with scheduling and was even able to add my stairs at the last minute. I would definitely recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs.

Moses ultimately won my business by phone — he mentioned details and asked questions that others didn’t. I secured quotes from 3 local companies. He wasn’t the cheapest, and he couldn’t get to me the fastest, but I was happy that I hired him. He placed plastic guards around my stairwell so his equipment wouldn’t damage the wood. I had carpet cleaning done in half of house. He worked really hard on a few stubborn stains with multiple cleaners. He completed “the impossible job” — a 6-piece white sectional couch. When the couch dried, I noticed a few areas that were missed. He came back later and re-cleaned the couch (no charge). Moses is hard-working, professional, and truly seeks happy customers.

Moses does a fabulous job with carpet cleaning! Our puppy did a number on our floors and he somehow got all the stains out! Very friendly business owner who is prompt and very reasonable in pricing. Call him for a refresh on your floors!
