Gio and Josh arrived on time, introduced themselves and began work on exterior and interior window cleaning. It just over an hour they did what would have taken me much longer. Am loving my sparkling windows and clean screens. Highly recommend Northside Gutter and Windows!

Gene and his team at Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning do excellent work. They took the time to talk thru our cleaning needs and made it very easy. Our home looks so much better now that it’s all cleaned up. They got the moss stains off our roof & gutters, cleaned the windows and washed the driveway. Our home looks like new again. Staff was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves when done. Highly recommend this great local company.

Courteous and professional employees and cleanup of area after completion of cleaning gutters, they are top-notch. We have used their services for years. Payment can be completed online so they have even made payment easy to use. Saves our gutters and would use them for other purposes but not able to at this time only due to our own budget. We contacted Northside to clean the outside windows and 2 very high skylights. On the day of the appointment we asked if we could add the interiors. The person we spoke to arranged the change. Drew and Micah showed up in the time frame promised and went right to work. They were efficient, but thorough, and did an excellent job. No mess, nothing unexpected, just really great teamwork. They communicated well and insured we were fully satisfied before leaving. We highly recommend them.

When my gutters got cleaned, they promised to clean up after themselves and there was stuff on my house from the gutters, and I had just power washed my house and they left stuff in my yard from the gutters that wasn’t cleaned up and they had to come back and clean up their mess After I called and complained. I was having a graduation party that weekend. It was very frustrating. They might say a 30 day rain guarantee, but make sure when they’re done with their job that they do it as promised. Will not use them again. FYI - never was mailed an invoice from this company to pay. They evidently just email you and that all went to my spam. I had twins graduating high school in May 20 25 and was also dealing with my brother who was murdered April 16, 2025. I did not not pay their bill intentionally. I have an amazing credit score. I pay my bills. They obviously just don’t know how to reach out to their clients properly.

We had an overall bad experience with this company. I picked to use them because of the good reviews and the ease of getting a quote and scheduling. We scheduled a premium gutter clean for May 13 and they showed up May 9 without any warning. We do have gutter guards and I made sure that they knew that since it would probably be a little bit of a harder job. Crew was here less than 30 minutes total. Upon inspection of the gutters they were all still clogged and filled with debris. I sent an email with photos and I didn’t get a response so I called. The person on the phone acted annoyed and said he did get my email and would send out another crew. Same crew as the first time shows up a few days later. Once again done very quickly and not clean and filled with debris and clogs. I call again, person on the phone wants to know what I mean by their not clean and never once apologizes but says he’ll send another crew this time. Finally almost a month after my first appointment a crew shows up for the third time and actually gets them cleaned. The last crew did a really good job, were very professional, and actually apologized for the service we had received originally. I’m sure they have some really great crews, but our experience turned into such a hassle to get the service we paid for. I would definitely check their work if you use this company.

The kindest, most polite guys, Drew and Tyler -who showed up right on time. My windows look amazing. Inside and out they are sparkling and look fantastic.!!!!

Tyler Arthur is the man! He is very upfront about his process in the beginning and very cleanly on the backend! 3rd time working with Indy gutters and they do a fantastic job every time! High recommended for any of your gutter needs!
