the team did an exceptional job installing a heat pump in our home here in fishers. before this, we only had a forced air natural gas furnace and no a/c. gone are the days of leaving windows open and running fans all night during summer. we no longer need to keep a door open to cool the house, which often resulted in unwelcome mosquitos. of course, if we accidentally burn something while cooking, we will still need to open a couple of doors for ventilation. my 5-star rating is due to several reasons: - the installation was of high quality, something i, being meticulous, certainly noticed. - the team arrived promptly as promised. - they installed top-notch equipment from a reputable brand. a recently retired hvac installer friend of mine recommended this brand for its quality and readily available parts. - when i discussed our requirements with jay, he was very understanding and didn't try to dissuade us from our preferences. he even suggested an add-on as an optional feature. - we chose a variable speed heat pump, a natural gas backup furnace, an electronic air cleaner, an ultra-violet air scrubber, and a 1050 thermostat. overall, i am highly satisfied with the furnace repair service provided by this dedicated team.

It was peak summer, we had relatives over from another state and it was a late Saturday afternoon. Todd immediately rushed over to alleviate my AC woes. He managed a temporary fix, then devised a plan for a heat pump/AC system, including suggestions to relocate the thermostat and boost the AC airflow. On several occasions, Todd has assisted me in enhancing our AC's lifespan, even helping us install a wifi thermostat for remote control and online scheduling of heating and cooling. During the pandemic scare, we reached out again and they proposed a solution with a Plasma Ion Unit that fit perfectly in our AC blower. RECENT UPDATE: One day, I returned home from work only to find the AC not working. Yet again, they stepped in to deliver a solution, trying several solutions while the replacement blower, under warranty, was being shipped to arrive the next day. Andres, the AC technician, showed immense patience as I cleaned out the accumulated dirt from the blower housing. It was truly a relief.
