Five stars and two thumbs are not enough! Chris is a remarkable young man! He anticipated my needs by spraying the weeds near the walkway close to the home before I even came out to ask him about it. He took the time to figure out what was needed and did it with and did not need to be asked. Wonderful service!

The worst customer service ever. After 12 years, I have had enough and I am moving on. This year, they attempted to aerate my yard. It took them five visits to get it somewhat right. One time, they said they performed the service and never showed up, and another time, they did my neighbor's yard (he was a happy camper). After many phone calls, they agreed not to charge me for this service. I have a confirmation number agreeing to waive the fee. Fast forward, and I received a notice from a collection agency for nonpayment. Once again, another phone, only to be put on hold when asked to speak with a supervisor. After about being on hold for five to ten minutes I was hung up on and never got to speak with a supervisor.

After the recent snowstorm, I called to get my driveway cleared. The response was immediate and timely. Aiden came out the next day to deep snow that had been packed down from tire tracks and very difficult to remove. He worked very hard and removed every bit of ice and snow clear to the concrete. He was very reasonable on price . He made sure I was completely satisfied with the final work. I highly recommend anyone looking for snow removal , this is the place to call.

This is my at least fourth time trying to contact someone in your company about my service person. They always seem to show up when i'm not here. So I can't show them where they keep forgetting to spray. There is clover flowers all over this one part of the yard. I don't think they ever spray over here. My husband wants to get a refund or cancel our service because you guys have never contacted me about our complaint. I am home all day today.Someone needs to call us.

Great people! We arrived before they opened to buy a Christmas tree and they graciously helped us anyway. Helpful and polite! We’ll be back.

Have shopped online with delivery and on site. Nice nursery, structure and grounds. Plants are in good shape and staff friendly and helpful.

my plants were ready and waiting for me at the time I requested. Everything was perfect, the plants gorgeous. Can't wait to go in the greenhouse again. Love the plants in there!!!!

Was there 9/19/2020. They had the coolest & most unusual pumpkins & gourds. And I love my gigantic Mum.

I went to three nurseries around the area and this was the only one to ask if I needed help and welcomed me in. They were by far the friendliest. They just lost one star as they didn't have large bags for succulent soil.

A visit to Wasson’s is a treat I give myself, especially at the holiday season. I have bought several gifts here, not plants but something unique from their lovely gift shop.

There is a prominent sign that says masks are required for entry, but not a single employee was wearing a mask, and they are not social distancing when approaching customers. I felt very uncomfortable with their lack of concern for protecting their customers. They just lost a long one time customer.

Pretty good selection of plants. If you like plants don’t go during Christmas. The tree hanging is frightening. Looks like a mass execution. Prices are a little high also.

The ladies here were super sweet and they had a decent variety of houseplants for it being late winter. Definitely plan on making them a stop whenever I'm in Fishers

10:45 am on Thursday and I’m the only customer there and there’s probably a dozen or more employees and not one of them asked me if i needed help or looked in my direction and thats why at the end of when they asked me to join their rewards program i firmly said NO. Home Depot has better customer service and better selection of plants

We went here looking for different types of lilies and roses and they ended up helping us find everything definitely recommend going there for good plants/decor for your garden not one bad thing I could say about the place!!!

Seems to have a decent selection of annuals, perennials, & container plants/shrubs. Tree yard is severely lacking as is decent/knowledgeable customer service. I'm trying to source a particular cultivar & style of pine tree. They just stood there & they himhawed & derped. Then said I could fill out a request form. Hardly professional or helpful. Oh yeah, my truck is down so I needed a yard of planter mix delivered...they have a 2 yard minimum. Suffice to say, I declined. Really poor business model.

I always have a great experience at Wassons and always leave happy. Just want to give a shout out to Joan in the Garden Center at Fishers. She was SO helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me.

Bought mums a week and a half ago. They look awful despite being in proper sun and getting proper water. Not willing to replace or do anything the mums that look AWFUL and sick. Terrible customer service and the lady was not helpful at all. Very disappointed. Try to support local but will not. Be going back.

Wasson's is the only place my family and I purchase landscaping material, trees/shrubs, and flowers. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Our favorite thing about Wassons is the fertilizer water. They offer for $2.99 per jug and free refills after initial.purchase. Highly recommend shopping Wassons.

Wasson has many plants, decorations, mulch, topsoil, straw, stones, and more! They have a friendly staff and good system in place to help you get what you need fast and efficiently. I went there for the first time today and had a great experience, I recommend this Wasson's!

I was extremely overwhelmed at the thought of landscaping my front yard. As soon as I(and my 1 yr old son strapped to me) walked into the store we were immediately greated and directed to someone for help. Tom and Merna were wonderful help to me and took time to explain how the lay out of the store worked. They also helped me figure out what I needed and gave me info on how to take care of the plants. When I was done Merna loaded everything into my SUV(customer service at its best) Every plant I was looking for they had and everything was clearly labeled and fairly priced. The plants were larger than I expected, which was great, and they were very healthy and well taken care of.
Just before this I had gone to a big box hardware store to look at some plants they had to offer and couldn’t find ANY of the plants on my list not anyone to help me with anything and to top it off, after I had picked some stuff and put it on my cart, someone unloaded it while I was looking down another isle. So, needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to Wassons. I will be coming back for all my future landscaping needs. Save yourself the time and disappointment of looking at the big box stores and head to Wassons!
