Reviews of local pros in Fishers, Indiana

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! In a pinch as a property manager, and the owner got back to me ASAP. They squeezed me in the same day, and my residents were thrilled with the service. The crew was punctual, friendly, and the cleaning was top-notch. Can't recommend MaidThis enough.
Looking forward to more great service.

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with MaidThis Cleaning of Carmel-Fishers. The team did an exceptional job cleaning my Airbnb property in Carmel, IN. From start to finish, their service was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the space – from pristine bathrooms to spotless kitchen surfaces. Not only did they create a welcoming atmosphere for my guests, but their efficiency and thoroughness also ensured a seamless turnover between bookings. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I wholeheartedly recommend MaidThis Cleaning to fellow Airbnb hosts and anyone seeking impeccable cleaning services in the Carmel-Fishers area.

Had to book a deep clean last minute and even though Julius was packed out for the next 6 weeks, he somehow managed to fit me in - super grateful for that. Ran into a bit of a snag with payroll so had to cancel the day before, but no sweat, Julius was totally cool about it, even thanked me for letting him know. Definitely gonna stick with these guys for all my future cleans, they really get it. Seriously, give them a shout for your cleaning stuff, you won't regret it

The MaidThis team provided an outstanding service in getting our house ready for a graduation celebration. We were super pleased with the results and all of the nooks and crannies they cleaned that we would have probably missed. I highly recommend using MaidThis and will use them again, for sure.

MaidThis did a wonder job with the deep clean after our new construction build. They were great to work with and had great communication.

They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price for our townhome! The attention to detail and deep cleaning was great. Would highly recommend!

I have for many years had professional help cleaning not just my home but my Airbnb properties when I was a Superhost. I don't have a lot of time and MaidThis uses a team concept so if my cleaner is out for any reason, another cleaner can come in and pick right up using checklist and notes for my property so I don't have to do an orientation all over again. I love this set it and forget it service.

They also do deep cleans and move out cleans and Julius is really responsive to any questions you might have for him. Recommended.

This was our first experience with using a cleaning service. Wow, better than expected. They did an awesome job cleaning our home in McCordsville. We had a certain time frame in mind with bringing a new baby home. MaidThis Cleaning of Carmel-Fishers was able to accommodate our request. The house looks and smells wonderful. The attention to detail really helped ease our new parent nerves. I couldn't have done a better job myself! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will definitely recommend this cleaning service to anyone. We can't say enough good things about this company! Thank you!

We had one maid clean for 4 hours and we were pleased with the work. She was able to clean the kitchen appliances, cabinets, 3 bathrooms, mopped the hardwood and tile, and vacuum all three levels of the house.

Needed a new service to handle my airbnb turnovers in Carmel because I was unhappy with my current service. I asked around to friends and MaidThis was recommended. They all said wonderful things and I read all the previous glowing reviews , so I had to find out for myself. They were easy to schedule, on time, professional, courteous, and did an amazing job! I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone especially with all the upcoming events coming up in Indy.

I contacted MaidThis during a very stressful & unexpected move due to health issues. I spoke to Julius, the owner who was very kind
and patient with me as he explained his services, cost, etc. I called several other times and was ALWAYS met with the same reassuring & patient demeanor. And he did not disappoint. The house was quite a mess after the move but the crew arrived on time & did an absolutely amazing job! I could not be more pleased and highly recommend this company. Thank you Julius!

Gave me a thorough quote, scheduled the team, and a Great price to boot! Was very clear on what to expect and what the service entailed. Great communication and Great customer Service. Use MaidThis Cleaning for all your cleaning needs! Recommended highly.

Wow! The team did an incredible job cleaning my home. Every corner sparkled, and they paid attention to every detail. The kitchen and bathrooms look brand new, and even the baseboards are spotless. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend!

MaidThis Cleaning of Carmel-Fishers exceeded all my expectations! Their team was punctual, professional, and left my home spotless. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, every room looked and smelled amazing. I really appreciate their attention to detail and consistent quality. If you're looking for a reliable house cleaning service in the Carmel or Fishers area, I highly recommend MaidThis. They make maintaining a clean home stress-free!

I have booked this cleaning service twice, and both experiences were less than satisfactory.

**First Service (May 30, 2024):** The cleaning was okay, but they arrived an hour late due to a mix-up with the address on their end. They also missed cleaning the sink, though they did refund me for that oversight.

**Second Service (July 22, 2024):** Once again, they were late—this time by half an hour. They were scheduled to arrive between 12 to 1 PM, but didn't show up until 1:35 PM. I had already called Julius to cancel if they didn't arrive by 1:30 PM. I am currently waiting for a refund, as they pre-charged my card and assured me there would be no cancellation fee.

**Advice to the Company:** Please fix the time scheduling issues. If your team is going to be late, at least give an update ahead of time out of respect for the customer's schedule.

This is a great team! I had to reschedule several times and the team was willing to accommodate my schedule. I’m so thankful for the precision and professionalism the crew showed once they arrived to my home. Noel did a fantastic job. The price and service is outstanding. I will definitely schedule another clean. Thank you for your service.

Very impressed with Julius and their team.
They always work with my schedule and even last minute when needed. They are very thorough and make sure to communicate everything. If there's ever something that can't be cleaned to their standard (not often because they're great) - they let us know quickly. We have very high standards and they have been amazing with meeting and exceeding those. If there's anything missed they fix it so quickly without question. This also doesn't happen often but no one is perfect and we all look for different things to measure cleanliness so they take note and correct it and make sure their team knows.
Overall I am very happy with using them!

I have a short term rental in town, and I transitioned its turnovers over to maidthis recently. Onboarding was smooth, they got a lot of the necessary information before the first turnover. So far so good, no issues or complaints from guests and the cleaning team has been super communicative about issues at the house, cleaning, and restock items.

Top of the notch, cleaning service with a great price. I live in an apartment in Carmel and the cleaning job was impeccable. Highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a cleaning service!

We have a rental unit just outside of Indy and this company has done a fantastic job cleaning the home after guest stays. Very happy to have found them as they are a great partner in my rental business

Kathy's crew did an excellent job of cleaning my apartment after my move out.; I was kept informed every step of the way. She was cheerful, attentive and professional, it was a big job as the house cleaning had fallen behind; due to all the boxes. Tasha my contact at "Maid this Cleaning of Carmel-Fishers" was professional and very helpful, I would thoroughly recommend them for any household cleaning tasks.
