No showed on us once and then canceled on us for the reschedule with almost no notice. Very unreliable, do not recommend.

They came back day after day on a tree that turned out to be more work than we expected and got it done! Didn’t upcharge us or anything. Will have them back

They also picked up and installed mulch. Ryan and his sons did a beautiful job. I will use them again and in the fall they will clean our gutters.. they do it all.

Unfortunately the quality of service, as well as customer service has gone down drastically. We used to be loyal, multi-year customers. Were told at the end of last year that they would be in touch first of the year over an issue, here we are almost 12 months later and still no contact.

I hired Powell and Sons to remove five dead trees from my property. They came out to do the job within a week, went above and beyond the original agreement, adding one small tree to the removals, and cutting back a number of others that day, and performed a thorough clean-up job before they left. All the work was completed for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire them for future tree service!

This company is AMAZING! I called in the morning for an estimate, they were in the neighborhood working on another job, and added me in. I got the estimate in the morning, they arrived at 12:45 the same day and were finished in 2 hours. They cut down 2 dead flowering crab trees, a dying pine, and even trimmed an older tree that needed work. The crew was polite, professional, and cleaned up the yard and property well. They will be out to grind up the stumps after the utilities are marked in a few days. This is a great company, friendly workers, and very reasonably priced. I definitely would recommend and hire again.

Powell & Sons were awesome! They were very reasonably priced and very responsive. They took down a huge ash tree for me and made sure my yard and driveway were clear of all debris. I definitely recommend them for any tree services and will use them again in the future.

Ryan is very efficient with his work. I called for an estimate (which was free) and he came out that day, was very professional, and taught me what I needed to do to maintain my trees. Very informative and helpful. Cheapest price out of everyone I called as well.

We were pleased with the job originally but we were promised they would come back to grind a large stump 2 weeks later and they never came. Then winter came. After reaching out multiple times over 6 months to see when they were coming back, apologies for issues in their personal life (which we understood) but led to lack of communication, then storm damage chasing, all while posting their phone number on FB for new jobs. Just excuses and no follow through for promises for existing clients. We were referred to this company by a reputable landscape company. But unfortunately will not be calling them again. Sad because they seemed like such nice people but also we didn’t like the unprofessional language and being called “boss” over and over.
