The quality of the home partnered with the excellent service provided by the company itself is refreshing, and makes the experience of purchasing a home built by Murphy Homes a breeze. Good family values, and homes built with honesty and care! Cannot go wrong with a decision to purchase a Murphy Home!

Chase and Jason did an amazing job with our home. Of course we decide to build at the worse time, with COVID and materials hard to come by. Even through all of this we were able to build our dream home at a reasonable cost with the help of Chase and Jason. If I had a question I could send a text and it would be answered within the hour. Of course there was some frustration throughout the build, who wouldn’t have, but I can honestly say I would call these guys friends.

Chase and his staff were very helpful throughout the entire home building experience. Even when Covid impacted material cost and availability, we had several conversations regarding beneficial alternatives to bring the best value for my home.

Anytime I needed to talk to either Chase or his staff, I was able to reach them without issue. The partners Chase has were also amazing to work with, plumbing, brick, faucets and more.

Chase is honest and will do everything he can to ensure things right for you.

Chase and his entire team were extremely helpful in answering our questions and assisting us in making selections to create the home we had envisioned. They made the entire process easy. We absolutely love our new home and would highly recommend Murphy Homes to help you create the home of your dreams!

I wish I could write a positive review like everyone else, but that is not the case for us. We have had nothing but problems since we moved into our new-built home. Major problems.

I DO NOT recommend purchasing a home from this company. I can’t wait till we can move again.

We told the Forman we were experiencing problems and my husband told Mr. Murphy to his face we didn’t like the house when he was checking on another house being built by us and he said o well it happens. My husband was taken back by the response and just left it alone and walked away.

The only reason I wrote this review is because after all this time we are still experiencing problems and it’s frustrating.

Chase Murphy and his team did amazing on our new townhome! Everyone was very nice and answered any questions we had regarding our new townhome. Also, Debbie Brown and Andrew Brown were wonderful and friendly. Debbie was our realtor. She did an amazing job and was very helpful with all the questions that we had, lol. Andrew Brown was our Loan Agent. He was also very helpful throughout the whole process. While going through the process of buying a new home can be very stressful, everyone I had on our team was fantastic! I appreciate everybody that helped us get our new home. I couldn’t ask for a better team. Thank you!!

Mr Murphy built and sold us our home. We liked it so much I had my parents buy a house 4 houses down. I can't stress how professional his crew is especially his foreman Jason. I would recommend others to buy from him. If I believed my parents would get a great product I believe you would too. They took care of everything on the punch list and the inspectors review no questions asked. We wanted upgrades, didn't blink an eye. Thank you so much everyone at Murphy Homes, Brad
