I would encourage anybody to check out the Eager Beaver, if they are considering a tree removed.

Another great experience with Eager Beaver Tree Service. This is the second time I have needed there help this year. The photos were taken on Sunday of a holiday weekend. They had the tree removed, and new what to expect from the insurance company. Great help for my investor, and tenant. I have also already scheduled them for a 3 job in October.

My neighbor and myself had a couple big trees taken down. They did a great job. Not a single twig left behind. The only evidence of them being there was the trees were gone. Our trees had to be lifted over our houses and eager beaver has the equipment and experience to handle that.

Angel was at my house within 30-minutes of calling her on Saturday morning. Assessed the situation and later in the afternoon Jeff came to sort out logistics. This was a very intricate and difficult job. Large tree limb on my roof and they had to work from the alley and my side yard. Ralph, Jedediah and Jake did a great and thorough job. Another man was with the large crane but I didn’t get his name. Cleaned up and it took approximately 4 hours. Highly recommend.

We had Keegan and his crew to the house to cut down 5 trees along our driveway (35 to 45’ tall) and prune a tree that hung over our cars. After one windshield was broken from a falling limb, we decided it was time to take some out. Eager Beaver’s arborist came out and advised us on the best way to handle all this. Some of the trees I wanted cut down, he advised would be better left standing and posed no problems for us. I suggested topping some so they would not get any higher. He was honest and advised against it because the trees were still solid. No oversell from this young man! So we planned the date, and today they showed up. Called 10 minutes out to advise they were on their way.

Their work was amazing. We had ceramic fire bricks around the edge of the drive, and they were cautious to not have any limbs or tree fall on them. They got the trees down cleverly and cautiously. I loved watching them work! Be be advised, if I were not here, I am certain the job would still be just as amazing!

I have dealt with Eager Beaver before in a subdivision, where they removed 7 or 8 trees that were in trouble. Not a single problem there, either. Stumps ground down to nothing. This is why we chose Eager again!

I can only advise that if you want a great job done, call Eager Beaver. I believe you will be just as pleased!

They were awesome to work with starting with the person that came out to work up an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When the serviceman came out he made a recommendation and offered to come back next week. They showed up and did a great job

We have used Eager Beaver for years, and they have always provided outstanding service. Mark and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their expert advice is something that you can trust. You can be confident that Eager Beaver will do great work for a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone needing tree removal, stump grinding, or tree trimming give them a call.

Some room for improvement, but overall a solid business in this line of work. Despite some miscommunication/misunderstanding in regard to some pruning work I had done, Eager Beaver made sure I was completely satisfied and came back when they said. There was also some apparent miscommunication in regard to the date the arborist gave me as opposed to a mix-up of the date the lady in the office had given me. The original date the arborist scheduled me for was correct and fortunately I had kept my day off for the original date I was given. Since I was home to show the guy that came back exactly what I had originally intended, this time the job was even better than I had originally hoped for. Eager Beaver prides itself on being true arborists and protecting the tree's health is the focus of this tree service. I had a tall tree that was top heavy on one side that extended rather far above my neighbor's yard, and I wanted it pruned for safety in the event of ice storms, high wind, and other bad weather. The tree was originally cut rather conservatively the first time based on what they recommended opposed to what I was needing done. If at all possible, I would suggest being onsite when the work is being done just to clear up any confusion if one is getting similar work done. In any case, it all worked out in the end. From what I gathered, one isn't going to save any money by choosing this business, but one also has the peace of mind that they're getting a professional service that shows up when scheduled (even on a day where it had rained pretty good right up to their arrival) and will do a good job of cleaning up afterward. I kind of wished they would've itemized the cost of each individual tree I was having worked on since it was all lumped together aside from the stump grinding. The best I could determine is one will pay about the average cost for an established tree company such as this. Though I would say the professionalism of this company balances and justifies the expense rather than rolling the dice with a more budget friendly tree service. Another thing of note is be prepared to pay using a check unless you want to get charged extra for the convenience of a debit/credit card. I know some people in this day in age don't like sending checks in the mail, so I just though this was of note. I disguised my check a bit in the envelope, mailed it, and fortunately it arrived with Eager Beaver immediately emailing me a receipt. All in all, I'd definitely consider Eager Beaver again in the future.
