Let me tell you, Scott is the kind of guy you want working on your appliances. You can go with the long standing businesses and they'll get your appliance working again... after selling you something you really didn't need and then charging you outrageous fees to do so. Scott is not like that. Scott is a good, honest guy who wants to help out. He has a good heart, so he won't rip you off, and is also very skilled in his trade. If you can, call Burns Appliance Repair first. You won't regret it.

Scott is awesome! Called Thursday and Scott answered. Told him my dryer was making a bad noise. Said he would be out to my house at 10:30a the next day.
No six hour time window.
He showed up on time and fixed the problem at a fair price.

We are very happy with the service repair from Scott of Burns Appliance Repair. He arrived on time the next morning after I spoke with him the late afternoon before. He did a fantastic job of quickly diagnosing and fixing our dryer.He really went above and beyond besides fixing the dryer (he retrieved a vacuum peice lost in the dryer vent). Thoroughly cleaned the lint inside and out from all over the dryer. Our dryer hasn't performed this well in many, many years. It's like brand new! Price was very fair. He is very professional, knowledgeable, well organized, great personality and did a great job of leaving the repair site very clean. He even educated us on how to prevent the problem from happening again. We highly recommend Burns Appliance Repair and will be using him for any other repair needs that may come up again.
