Bathroom Remodeler reviews in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Robert was a nice guy and great at explaining things

We wanted a tub to shower conversion and bath planet worked with us so we could. The guys were friendly and respectful and finished in 1 day. We love it and feel so much safer .

The builders were super nice and caring. They told me what they were going to do and allowed me to look in and ask questions.

Our consultant Ben was an awesome guy, very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to see the finished project.

I had never heard of Bath Planet when I had them out for an estimate. I must say, they were very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. Stryker gave us an amazing estimate and responded to all my questions quickly after we had hired them. Today a very nice Amish man came at 7am, tore everything out and put in the new pipes and tub and walls and was done by 12:30. Impressive! I highly recommend this company if you are on the fence about hiring them. Thank you Bath Planet!

Robert was very easy to talk to and deal with. He explained everything in detail and helped us make the best decision for our remodel. I would recommend BathPlanet to everyone !!

The installers Cody and Jordan were great. So was the manager that came out to speak to us (Stryker). Took away stars due to not keeping their word on referral we were supposed to receive a $250 referral and have never received it. It's too bad because they were a great bunch of guys corporate needs to follow through

Bryan was here he explained all details so I knew want to expect. He answered all questions and was very kind. I would recommend you and your product to anyone.

Robert walked us through the process and explained everything. Can’t wait until the install date.

I think Robert is one of the most professional young men i have ever delt with in a customer situation. He is very kind and easy to talk to,and I appreciate his honesty!!! Will recommend him to friends and family.

From start to finish I have been happy and grateful for all the help and advice each step of the way. The reps at Bath Planet of Ft. Wayne kept in contact and answered every question I had. We could have done this project ourselves, but finding the right products and effort was not worth it to me. The installers were professional and everything looks wonderful. This was the best money I spent for the lack of stress having them complete this in one day!

I have been very pleased with Bath Planet...from the ordering process through the installation. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Their service was professional and a short wait between ordering and the actual installation...which was a one day process! Thank you Bath Planet!
