I can’t thank Joel Butler enough for being so helpful and kind to us through-out this whole process. We arrived home from our vacation and found our basement was flooded. Kustom Restoration team came to our rescue just hours after we called them. Team members were kind, polite and respectful. I was very impressed with their professionalism.
Joel Butler was always very respectful towards us. He responded to our text/calls every time even though we knew he was busy. He followed through and always ready to help us to the next step. What a blessing it was to work with him.

Working with Kustom was a great experience. They helped me understand what happened and they worked with me to find great partners to clean out my crawl space and restore it as quickly as possible. I wish I could leave a positive review as you requested via iMessage, Matt. But your company took over $10,000.00 of my insurance monies. Then the employees neglected my flooded basement til it finally became moldy. When they found out State Farm doesn't cover mold, I was told this company didn't feel they could make me happy.
Very little demo was done in my basement. It was 6 days before my soaked and smelly carpet was removed. Nothing was done to negate mold from growing. My basement was left to mold, and they don't feel they should refund any of my monies or rectify the damage they've caused to my previously dry, mold free basement!! When I complained about the moldy smell, the technician tossed me an air freshener!!!

I've tried to call everyone I can in this company! I've been met with "he is on the phone", "he is out of the office" and one gal told me to "not call this number again!"

I have little faith in this company. I showed, on paper, where they overcharged for so many items. I was told one thing only to be told another!
I have documentation , and video, saved from several of Kustom's visits/contacts where neglect/fault was acknowledged.

It hasn't been long since I've been able to fix and refinish my basement because Kustom took most of my insurance monies. I've had to find another company to eradicate the mold your company caused and finish my basement. It has cost me more than just taking money from my retirement account..which isn't rich! But your company made about $8,000.00 in profit!
I'm not done with this unless we can come to a settlement/return of funds to me. Kustom didn't do what they claimed but wants to keep my $10,400.00
Would you feel right about this if it were your home???

The well tank failed one night and they had it fixed in under 24 hours for a good price. Now I'm planning the next project for Coy Plumbing.

Don't do blinds stuff there!!! Long waiting for both placing order and installation. I regret to do business with them, will never go there again!!!

Terrible experience with our countertops. The initial help with sales was fine. It was afterwards, when it came to the installation, that everything fell apart. I would never use them again as their installer took 5 months to get everything completed....well we actually had to have another contractor finish the job they could not get right. It was a nightmare.

Usually satisfied when I go there. Seem to always have what I need when I'm doing my home improvements and at fair prices. Lumber seems to better quality than home improvement stores. And to the customers that have the Home Depot installers do there home improvements and are not satisfied with them, well you get what you pay for. Most home improvement stores that have installers that will do your home improvements in my opinion are not the greatest at it. Hire a private contractor yourself.

We recently used Window Installation services via Home Depot. Charles Casavant and the team from Advanced Building Concepts did an incredible job ordering and installing an entryway door and 6 windows in our home. We are completely delighted with the results and the quality work! They were respectful, friendly and professional. We won’t hesitate to use them again!

We use Koomler to make custom sheet metal fittings to use in our HVAC company. Always grade A quality. These guys can bend metal! Pricing is always fair.

We recently worked with Jason and his team to do some drywall repairs, trim and flooring. Although we had a setback Jason quickly took care of the problem and was very professional about it all. I really liked all the guys and they were great with my dog too! I would definitely use them again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with D&S Interiors for a small drywall repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly responsive and managed to fit us into their schedule quickly, which I really appreciated.

Scott and his team tore out the old subfloor in our laundry room and replaced it with a new subfloor. This included ripping out roughly 6'x6' concrete slab that was poured over the floor joists. His team was in and out in about 6 hours total. A cost estimate could not be provided due to the unknown of what would be required to do the job. The final bill was fair and and well worth the money spent and time saved versus doing it myself.

2003 my fence is still holding up they also put in some post holes for a privacy section that I built myself

Scott and the Innovation team installed new flooring throughout our home and also helped us remodel our kitchen. Both projects turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. The kitchen products, from the cabinets (Amish built, solid wood) to the counter tops are great quality and Scott was very knowledgeable about guiding us towards products that best suited our needs. The Installation process was smooth and they finished everything on schedule. Couldn’t be happier.
