General Contractor reviews in Fort Wayne, Indiana

All around great contractor to work with!

Eric and his team were very prompt and professional! They got my project finish ahead of schedule, and it looks great.

Shady & A LOT of Miss communication

Good owners good workers very professional

Very detailed and quality work. Employees are top notch and beyond helpful.

When they said they would be there for you even after the construction was finished they were not kidding! 8 years later Gary , Mike and group are still waiting in the wings when ever they are called for assistance at my dental office!

C3 walked us through the entire building process flawlessly. Designing and Building a brand new building can be very overwhelming at times but C3 did a wonderful job of walking us through it and keeping us calm. The owners are very professional and honest and very hands on. I have attached a picture of our building for reference.

Amazing communication and attention to detail, couldn’t recommend C3 enough 10/10 experience!!

There aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate C3 Construction Services. From start to finish - and even after completion - they were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this renovation a success.

This was a major undertaking for our hospital, as we added onto our building while also completely reconfiguring the interior layout, all while remaining open and continuing to see patients. Throughout the entire process, the C3 team was incredibly helpful and quick to answer questions or resolve any issues that arose.

Every member of their crew was kind, respectful, and considerate of both our staff and our clients, which made this large project feel more manageable. And despite the size and complexity of the renovation, the entire process was seamless and smooth.

We are extremely grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend C3 Construction Services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional construction team.

Was most expensive bid, then subed out to amish!!!

They did a fabulous job of planning out and installing a handicap-friendly kitchen on a tight budget and a tight time frame. It turned out great and my tenant loves it!

G and T gets the job done, I've had them repair the flashing around the chimney, replace my electrical box and install a door bell from scratch. I have future jobs for this company, because they have made me happy with everything have have done and have gone above and beyond what I have called them to do.

Definately 5 stars! This was our first home to build and Greg walked us through every step. From finding the land to move in! Every step was enjoyable. With 6 inch outer walls and spray foam insulation we were amazed at the efficiency to heat the house this winter. Greg got to know us well enough he even added a box bay window in the dining room and designed our interior trim. Exactly what I wanted when I didn't know what I wanted! Building with GT Construction was a great experience!

Great company to work with. Quality service with a fast response time.

Scott and his team tore out the old subfloor in our laundry room and replaced it with a new subfloor. This included ripping out roughly 6'x6' concrete slab that was poured over the floor joists. His team was in and out in about 6 hours total. A cost estimate could not be provided due to the unknown of what would be required to do the job. The final bill was fair and and well worth the money spent and time saved versus doing it myself.

Scott and the Innovation team installed new flooring throughout our home and also helped us remodel our kitchen. Both projects turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. The kitchen products, from the cabinets (Amish built, solid wood) to the counter tops are great quality and Scott was very knowledgeable about guiding us towards products that best suited our needs. The Installation process was smooth and they finished everything on schedule. Couldn’t be happier.

I recently had my bathroom redone and I'm very satisfied with how it turned out. Scott, the owner was very helpful when it came to helping me select my cabinetry and counter tops at a price that fit in my budget. The new floor tiles compliment my walk in shower and the transition to the shower tile is very smooth with no rough edges. My outdated bathroom is no longer outdated and I plan to have them do my kitchen when the time comes for that. I would recommend Scott to anyone I know that is looking in to a home renovation. Overall I am very happy and I was quite impressed by Scott's diligence of completing the job to my liking as well as his own passion in the work that he appears to take. Thank you again!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott to build my outdoor kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results!!
The design process was seamless from start to finish, he and his team were professional, and attentive to my needs and preferences.
My new outdoor kitchen has become the centerpiece of my backyard, and I’ve received countless compliments from friends and family.

10/10 reccomend them!

I couldn't be happier with the work done by Innovation Construction! Scott, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the project. Scott made the entire process stress-free, always keeping us informed and ensuring that everything was completed to the highest standards. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their clients, but Scott and his team went above and beyond. I highly recommend Innovation Construction to anyone looking for quality work and a seamless experience! Definitely the Besssst!!
