Referral Cleaning and Restoration did an excellent job cleaning 2 of our bedroom carpets that had some coffee and pet stains on them that have been very difficult to remove on our own. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough in their work. Would highly recommend

Jeremy and Kory cleaned my carpets this afternoon and I could not be happier. Jeremy had cleaned my carpets before and once again did an outstanding job today. He and Kory were very courteous and professional and addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend them and will, without question, use Referral again. Yes, they are more costly, but you get what you pay for and they deliver quality work. It is well worth the money. Thank you guys!

If you are looking to have your carpets or upholstery cleaned in your home, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Yes, you will find other carpet cleaners out there that are cheaper. But from personal experience (and learning this lesson the hard way), if you choose one of the "other guys", not only will a quality job NOT be accomplished, but no other company will provide the level of professionalism and courteousness that Referral does. *HANDS DOWN* there is NO ONE else locally that will accomplish the job the way they do. They truly have set the standard for every other company to follow. Some noteworthy things to say about the staff @ Referral: 1. They are very friendly. 2. Incredibly knowledgeable 3. They do NOT cut corners. 4. They are VERY considerate of your home and belongings. 5. They work hard, from the time they come through the door to the time they leave. A note to individuals who are having their carpets cleaned for the first time: if your carpets are still wet by the time the staff leave, they did NOT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY. Having experience with 2 other companies now, I have had to call them back because the next day, the carpets were STILL not dry, and it made our home smell incredibly mildewy. Ok, I know this is lengthy, so I'm going to leave off there~just know we are incredibly passionate about the service that Referral provides and can say with absolute confidence that they are worth every last penny you spend and then some!
