House Cleaning reviews in Fort Wayne, Indiana

We have been using them for 6 months, bi-weekly cleaning service. The past few times have been awful. Tasks marked as completed were not done, they broke something, did not replace trash bags, did not dust, did not do the baseboards, did not do the blinds, seems the only thing completed was vacuuming, overall just super disappointing.

Edit: in response the the owners comment: the customer service I received when I called to discuss the issue that day was terrible. In terms of offering to replace it the rep said “feel free to file an insurance claim” that was it. And as for offering to come back out to clean it…again the rep stated, “we can send him back out to re-clean it” I was indeed not interested in having the person I just complained about coming back into my home to re-do it. Had I received good customer service I would have 100% been open to a conversation about correcting things. I also never received a follow up call or even a “hey, we’d really like to keep your business, how can we fix this “ phone call. I find that very unfortunate. Thanks for the response Kathryn.
