Doc Dancer, Inc.

Our furnace and air conditioning units are 22 years old and we started getting quotes about replacing it. We were so impressed with Dale at Doc Dancer, Inc. He came to the house, looked at our old units, and sat down and explained everything about Doc Dancer and also how they would replace everything. He sent us a quote the next day and it included 4 options for us to choose from. He also told us about a Nipsco Rebate as well as rebates and discounts through the furnace manufacturer and through Doc Dancer. After looking at 5 quotes from 5 different companies, Doc Dancer has our business. Dale answered all our questions and helped us find units that will suit our needs for the future. Thank you Dale and Doc Dancer. UPDATE: Dec. 3, 2026. We woke up this morning and the new Carrier Furnace wasn't working. I called Doc Dancer and Ron immediately set us up with an appointment. The technician (Jennifer) was so nice. She found the problem and it was a switch that was sticking. She called and ordered the part and got the furnace working again until the part was in. About 2 hours later, the furnace wasn't working again. This time I talked to Cory and she said they had found the part we needed and she set us up for another techician (Miquel). He was out by 4:00 and put in the new part and had us up and working within 15 minutes. We realize that even new equipment can have issues, but this is why we chose Doc Dancer. Their service is so great and I felt they were so concerned to get us up and running. I am so glad we chose Doc Dancer. Their team is amazing. Debbie Winger

My meeting was a sales call. I enjoyed speaking with Dale very much. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained his recommendations so that I fully understood. He promised to have his quote to me tomorrow with an explanation of every line item. I look forward to receiving his numbers. It was a very pleasant experience. Once I receive his quote, I'll decide if I'm going to use Doc Dancer.

Update 8/2/23: I did chose Doc Dancer to install my new HVAC system. It was just installed today. I was so impressed with Chris and Jeorge. They were both very professional, kind, and knowledgeable installers. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They had all the needed. materials with them to do a nice looking install. They cleaned every scrap of mess up and left it looking better than when they arrived. They gave me a walk through of their work when completed and gave me plenty of time for questions. I thoroughly recommend Doc Dancer!

Update (8/16/23):
Tim Devita came to teach me to use my new Ecobee3 Lite thermostat as well as inspect the installation to ensure it was installed properly. He helped me adjust the thermostat settings so that my A/C is dehumidifing as it should. He took the time to answer my questions and was going to have a manual sent out. He was here 45 minutes to an hour and the humidity is disappearing as I type this review. Tim was on time, very polite, and professional. Service was great!

Update 7/19/24
Nate Rogers , HVAC tech, came to do the very first yearly maintenance on my AC unit. He was early(office called to make sure it was okay to come early), very professional, efficient, and friendly. He explained each step as he performed it. He cleaned my unit inside and out. Then he took the readings to make sure my unit was working as it should be. He was here approximately 45 minutes. Easy peasy appointment. Thanks Nate!

Nate Rogers, HVAC tech, was here to do the first yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was on time,, very professional, efficient, and friendly. He explained each step as he performed it. He cleaned and inspected my unit, changed the filter, and then tested to ensure my furnace was working properly. He downloaded the Ecobee App onto my smartphone and taught me how to use it so I can easily control my thermostat via wi-fi. Nate is such a nice young man. Another easy peasy appointment. I've been very happy with my equipment as well as the maintenance of it.

Jennifer Bartel came today to do the yearly maintenance on my AC unit. She was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She cleaned my unit inside and out, tested it, and ran it a while to ensure that I have no problems this cooling season. I was very pleased with Jennifer's service. I love my HVAC equipment and service with Doc Dancer. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!

Kam Clark, HVAC tech, came to do the yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was very polite, professional, and thorough as well as friendly. He asked more than once if I had any questions for him during his visit. He did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting. He tested my unit to ensure everything was working properly. I was completely satisfied with his performance. I have had my units for 2 years now with no problems with the equipment or the servicing of it. I still highly recommend Doc Dancer for your HVAC needs.

My technician, Nate, was excellent and fixed my issue right away and did a great job on making sure my furnace is ready to go for the winter ahead. He also made the time to explain the issues I was facing and my options going forward. Thank you, Nate!
